One of my favorite stores ever, not just because of the merchandise, but because of the amazing staff!!! Everyone here is wonderful, but Effie, Taylor & Lexie really stand out. They take the time to assist you with whatever you may need in a way most people don’t anymore, never being pushy, just helpful. It’s always a pleasure coming here, and I’m already looking forward to my next trip! Nicole, their manager, has taken care of a couple of issues with their online department (which is sadly not as good as the store), and she is just as outstanding.

We love this store! Everyone is always great! While we were looking for buttons for our wedding and rummaging through the bin, Nicole helped out, gave us bags to put aside what we had already gone through, and started digging through the bin to help out! She was amazing!

This store is super cute. They have a lot of Disney merch for the whole family including outfits for infants, clothing and accessories and homeware. It is also super cool that with every purchase bought at box-lunch you are helping to end Hunger because they dosed date their proceeds. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

The staff in this store are AMAZING!!! I was searching the Pin display for 4 specific pins not only did they check the inventory to make sure they had them in stock (that alone would have been amazing) but stood and helped me search the bin until I found all 4 pins. The staff are always helpful and polite the never think twice about going above and beyond to help a customer

I love the store but sometimes the employees give me a weird vibe. I felt bad for one employee I was talking to once. He was talking to me and showing me the Naruto stuff. I was looking for a gift to give to my fiance, the employee was super into it and very helpful. Then I'm guessing the manager or lead shift came over and told him to go do something else and she can handle this. She wasn't as helpful nor did she seem as happy talking about the topic.

Cool products, friendly staff, good experience!

This is SPECIFICALLY for Canton, Ohio store!!! Let me start out saying I’ve never physically visited the store. I’ve never even been to the state, in fact I live in Pennsylvania— the neighboring state! Well I ordered something online and apparently there was an error and my order was sent to the Ohio store when I normally pick up in the Deptford, NJ store. Things happen, whatever. I figured I’d call and get it straightened out. Well what an epic FAIL! The customer service reps (all 4-5 of them I had to speak to) were really of no help. They kept spinning me around the ringer, no one would help although they said they would. Eventually I got in contact with Nicole over at the Canton, OH store who was extremely helpful. She kept in contact with me all day trying to figure out how I can get my order. She even took it upon herself to call customer service to try and help me out, but to no avail. They told Nicole they couldn’t release info without my consent (which I had already spoken to 3 other customer service reps in the past week about the issue!!!). Eventually I got in contact with yet another customer service rep and figured I’d do a 3 way call between the store, customer service and myself. Nicole stayed on the line and waited with me and even called me back when the wait time became too long. She helped in every way possible. If there was an employee of the month or any type of reward, Nicole should be the one to receive it!!!! Thank you so much!!!
