Sanrio

One of the few Official OG Sanrio Stores! The store has very cute window displays and a lot of unique items to choose from. I chose a Gund X Sanrio Caffe Latte Blindbox. If you ever need a cheer up, pick out something cute from here. Loved getting the official bag as well 🩷🎀🐰

It’s a very cute store with *MOST* of the Sanrio characters, but most of the stuff is extremely over price. A small hangyodon plushie was 50 dollars, which at most should’ve been at LEAST 15-20 dollars. a lot of INSANE PRICES but it’s best to stick with smaller cheaper items. I brought 5 hangyodon items which ended up costing me almost 60 dollars which were simple items. (A plastic zip bag, hair brush , fridge magnet, keychain and a small pin) All of the items in the store are super cute and only worth it if you’re willing to spend a lot of money on overpriced Sanrio items. If the owner of the store sees this, please lower your items for reasonable prices, overall you have amazing sweet kind cashier and a clean store, as well very organized.

I have loved Sanrio since I was a young girl, and now I take my children. I use products and home and work, and my kids use products at home and for school. The characters are part of the family. Hello Kitty, Keroppi, and Pochacco were my favorites growing up, and my kids favorites are Gudetama, Kuromi, and My Melody. We also like Aggretsuko. I tell my children I will bring them again if they get good grades in school, finish their assignments on time, and help with chores at home. They have been on their best behavior! I want to buy them Sanrio gifts anyways 😉

It was so cute, but pls bring down the prices. I got a small my melo plush for 14 dollars but it was expensive. Other than that my favorite place. (Edit) When i went there, they did have very kind people with good service. They had a boba store right next to them, so I was pleased.

Hadn't been to a Sanrio store in years!! This store would literally take all my money growing up. I would save and spend it all here (I still have items from 1998-2002). My 9yo recently started to be obsessed with My Melody so we decided to make the trip from San Jose and it was definitely worth it!! We only dropped about $410 😬 lol but the whole experience was worth it. My daughter was so excited and the staff were amazing and very helpful. Only thing I wished they had more Pochacco (my fave) items but I definitely took most of them haha. Must check it out for yourself, it is NOT the same items in store as their website.

i have gotten many things from here every since i was little. all my purchases has gone great! i still have a blanket from there for over 7 years and it’s still clean and usable with no rips or stains! amazing and i own many items from there that i still own and are in great condition the service is really good and so are the items. if you love kawaii and japanese toys and plush this is the place for you. i didn’t mention but they have all sanrio characters and some pikachu as well as anime characters with a giant hello kitty selection with over thousands of options just for hello kitty

I wish I could give this place more stars. They have good customer service and the merchandise they do have this pretty cute. My issue is that I want more products featuring the original characters like pochacco, pekkle, keroppi etc. The employees informed me that sanrio just doesn't really make those characters anymore and when I asked if I could contact sanrio to request that they said no. I wish they could communicate what their customers are asking for.
