Hot Topic

I stopped by this Hot Topic location while waiting for the John Wick movie to start. I came to this store to look if they have any Hey Arnold shirts since my wife loves that TV show. When I walked in, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I just told him that I was browsing and burning time before the movie. This store has a lot of t shirts but no Hey Arnold shirts. They have decent amount of merchandise so if you're a fan of Hot Topic, you should visit this store.

Huge shoutout to Sarah and Alex at the Hot Topic in Topanga Mall! They were super helpful, friendly, and made my shopping experience a breeze. They knew exactly where to find what I needed and made the whole checkout process quick and easy. It’s always great to come across employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thanks to them, I’ll definitely be coming back. Awesome service!

straight up best hot topic crew ever. always super nice and helpful when I come to shop and recently the app glitched and never told me my online pickup order shipped and was ready to be picked up so the order expired! If it were up to the company it would have just been sent back to the warehouse snd I would be refunded without being notified but these absolute angels did me a solid by extending my pickup deadline by a few days and they even gave me a call to let me know. I was able to get my order which the app is STILL showing as not shipped yet lol. Oh well. These people rule! Shoutout to Mason and Amanda for looking out for their regulars and taking care of us. give them all a raise 🙂

Always a fun place to stop into. When they have a lot of staff (weekends) expect a smile and an ask if you need help. Slower days may be more of a wait for ant questions you have due to 1 or 2 workers available. Either way they always have great recommendations and most are friendly. They always know their sales and what they sale as online only or in store so you can always ask. 4 stars because some days (slow days) they could improve a little with customer interactions.

The woman working the salesfloor was very helpful. I was searching for a specific shirt for my daughter and she kindly directed me to the section. I ended up purchasing a shirt and a few bracelets. I was also happy to learn they offer a rewards program. I will definitely be coming back.

this is an okay hot topic it's not really a place I see myself going to very much but they do have quite a good selection of Funko pops especially like rare ones so if you like your Funko pops check them out The stores usually kept up pretty okay the selection in this store is pretty good as well

I love all of the merchandise that they have to sell. I really love anime.
