I stopped by this BoxLunch location inside Westfield Topanga mall yesterday to look at their tshirts and Dragonball figures. When I walked inside a worker greeted me and told me about their deal going on. They didn't have much tshirts selection in the store but some Dragonball figures I saw on display. They also had a good amount of backpacks too.

Cute Disney apparel for kids. The guy working there was very nice and helped us find the right size in a button-up Stitch shirt for our toddler son.

Came out of my way because this was the only location that had a sweater in my size. I was emailed that my order was ready, just for me to find out that they're closed at 5 for maintenance . I leave for a trip tomorrow so I needed it today.I knocked on the window to try to to see if they can cancel my order 42 girls to just continue to stare at me.Instead of answering my question, until finally, a lead came to take my name down. Horrible communicationHorrible communication.Horrible service go to another location

Great employees. Never had a bad experience there and everyone is always super helpful. My go to place for loungefly backpacks.

Adrian was such a help and gave me the best offer I could get for my older sister birthday I appreciate him so much and love when employees go out of there way to help everyone

I have been to this location twice and both times received really great service. I love the selection of Disney items. The variety ranges from clothing, wallets, bags, and even mugs. I also enjoy they have a rewards program connected to your phone #. I came in to purchase a top and was told I had a $5 reward. That was a nice surprise.

Has improved with a variety of items over the years and is definitely the place to go when you need a gift or would like to treat your self to something cool. Also note that it's better to go during the box cash to save a bunch of money. Sweet deals and a great cause with every 10 dollars spent they donate a meal. Makes you feel good about spending 😌
