Updated review 5/25/25: today was a much better shopping experience than my review below so I have changed the star rating to reflect that, with the caution that I could have just gotten lucky today. The staff was helpful, got items off of shelves i couldn't reach, they seemed fully stocked and for a holiday weekend, the checkout was quick. Usually I have a good experience in this store buy not today. The store was busy and they had one cashier on the floor. She was helping a person who had an issue. There were some loud, obnoxious teenagers in there irritating everyone. The phone was ringing and ringing. Turns out, during all this chaos, there was another clerk just sitting in the back. The overwhelmed cashier excused herself and went in back and got her. It was very clear the cashier was angry she was called up front. She was rude and then left the security devices on the 2 items I bought (no alarms went off so I didn't notice until I got home). Instead of driving all the way back over there, lack goodness I had wire cutters and got them off. Its not a cheap store. And if them employee in the back was unaware about the chaos going on in the store, perhaps the company can spend $100 on Amazon and buy a camera so the staff can watch if they are needed out front if they are working on something in the back but based on her attitude I doubt she was working at all!! Find better staff. I was there today 10/19 at around 4:45 so you should be able to figure out who was working. Oh and because no one was controlling what was happening in the store, I was elbowed, hard, by one of the teenagers who were just in there to screw around. Very disappointing.

Great location for a specialty retail store. They carry Loungefly products, Funko Pops, and much more. Great place to find that unique pop culture gift for that person in your life that loves Disney, Star Wars, Animal Crossings, ect. Ashley was very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated that she greeted us right away and told us the specials. This location was a much better experience than the Concord location. The store is bigger and the employees are more professional.

I had a fantastic experience at the store thanks to Rosario. From the moment I walked in, Rosario went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they were also incredibly kind and patient the entire time. They took the time to answer all my questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s experience, and it made all the difference. This kind of service deserves to be recognized—thank you for turning what could have been a stressful shopping trip into a genuinely pleasant one. I’ll definitely be returning because of this amazing experience!

I went to Box Lunch today and there's a putrid odor that encompasses the entire store! I do not recommend going here!!

Store Manager Juan and Sales Associate Mario are always so helpful. This is a great location. Love how they have a decent amount of clearance items. I love their membership program. I will comeback here for sure. Employees are spot on when it comes to customer service. Fitting room is clean. As well as the sales floor.

Very warmth atmosphere, associates were very nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Rosario was very nice and have big smile on her face, she showed us the good deals and definitely knows what she’s doing. She is very professional and knowledgeable of the products. If I may say I recommend this place to shop, perhaps one of the great store in Brentwood.

I buy stuff here all the time and it’s the best place ever to buy gifts and just cute purses 😋
