I was in town for vacation and came across this store. I really enjoyed the merch and the items they had. Unfortunately, the employees kept eyeing me as if I was stealing, which made me really uncomfortable. I actually had a few things I planned to buy, but after that experience, I ended up putting everything back and leaving. Really discouraging :/

Alex the store manager at this location is very rude was asking for assistance in locating a shirt tefuse to assist in locating however christian and the cashier ECG AL and the young black girl with braids has impeccable service . Will be sure to reach out to corporate regarding her behavioR .

Loyal customer !!!! This is one of my favorite stores aside from WORLD DISNEY!!!!! They have great product and great quality. Alex and Brandy always help me and they are amazing!!! They always have specials going on too for people who are apart of the e-mail club. Loungefly is my go to as you can see!!! Definitely recommend 1000% shopping here 🙂

Multiple horrendous experiences with rude employees over the years, won't give the company another dime and the "deals" are a scam. My girlfriend who used to love this store accidentally left her coffee for one minute and it was stolen by an employee (yes not thrown out). Horrible store - buy the products elsewhere.

I love shopping at this store! It’s way smaller than the on at Wiregrass Mall but still have plenty of cool and cute items to choose from. Nick is always so helpful every time I go there. He’s my go to salesman every time I shop there! ❤️

Disappointed to not find or be assisted to find any lunch boxes. Cute merch other wise. I think there should be less printed T’s and more novelty items.

One of the rare good stores remaining in this mall. Staff is always friendly and I love coming in to browse and chat. If I'm ever looking for something and I can't find it, they are always helpful. I love that they keep up with their social media also because sometimes I wouldn't know about an item if it weren't for them posting it. I've managed to score so many great pieces for my collections because of their Instagram posts.
