Hooorrible! I was a patient from September-November 2025. Dr. William Atkinson did a half job with my perio cleaning. They do not have a hygienist. He did not do the manual scraping, polishing and flossing. I spoke to him about it and he said that is how they do it. I told him I'v always had those done. After taking my x-rays he said all I need was six fillings and that will end the pain. He numbed one side of my mouth using a needle at the first visit. My lip ended up swollen and peeling for a long time. I called an spoke with him about it and he was non- shalot. I told him not to numb my lip for the second one. The two visits did not end the pain. Dr. Atkinson always rushed through the visits and did not prove himself to be competent. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. No fool for the third. Enter at your own risk!!! My new dentist has diagnosed the problems that I need to have done.

RUN AWAY!! Unless, you're ready to be waiting 1 to 2 hours(or more) past your scheduled appointment time then Doctors rushing through your procedures to get to the next patient who waited just as long, to then have to come back several times to redo the rushed work. This was was not the first time, this happens every visit, every appointment, for me and my children. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and disrespectful to think people dont have a job or other important things to do, to have to take an entire afternoon off for fillings and to fix the mess from the last visit!!!!!!!

Hello everyone, I been with the Brandon dental for 5 years now and I only can say great things about this place. Great service and receptionist are always nice. Highly recommend

Excellent professional service. I was hesitant to go back to any dentist and a friend of my recommended Brandon Mall Dental. Dr. Villamonte came to my rescue and with her knowledge, professional service not only gave confidence and took my fears away, but did an excellent dental work (dental surgery and permanent dental bridge). I will definitely recommend her 200%.

Scheduled a cleaning went in. They took x-rays and then tried to sell me Invisalign, even though I don’t need it did not do the cleaning that day submitted for a deep cleaning which was denied by insurance cause I didn’t need it then tried to get me to pay out-of-pocket. Terrible experience Equipment was outdated as well. Will not return. Avoid this place. They will bait you in for a cleaning and try to sell you additional services and never do the cleaning.

Love love love her My favorite dentist ever! She’s very knowledgeable and kind. She’s not just there to make as much off your mouth as she can which seems to be the trend in dentistry these days. I worked in dental for many years. I just wish I met her before I had so much unnecessary and detrimental work done. My only complaint would be that I have a hard time getting them to answer the phone sometimes.
