Circle K

Around 3:00 today the car wash quit after spraying the front of my vehicle. Went inside to ask for a refund and was approached by a heavy set guy who I believe was the manager. As he went to look at the video to confirm, another heavy set balding guy complained in front of me about how no one knows how to drive thru a car wash. I assured him that I’m quite capable of going thru a car wash. The manager comes back and says maybe it hit the front of your car or something. So basically he saw on the video that it didnt but needed an excuse. Both handled the situation like toddlers instead of simply refunding me. Until I see new faces my family will not waste our time at this station.

Friday 10/17/25 3:40pm. I have never been treated so poorly and for no reason at an establishment. Met up with a gal there to purchase some items off Facebook. Went in to pull out cash out of ATM, bought a hat and get smaller bills. Guy sold me the hat then said he was refusing me service for change because I could do that at a bank. Yes, but I chose to stop and give the business, paid the location's ATM fee, etc. So understanding I said ok no problem I'll buy these cookies then so I can break my Twenty. Cashier took the cookies and said no and that he was refusing my service. Like.. what?? I honestly thought he was joking at first - it was so ridiculous. Won't be stopping there again. With so many other options you couldn't pay me to shop there again. I hope he felt big and powerful in that moment. He looked like a small, sad man.

The assistant manager, Brandon, was extremely rude and refused service to a customer because she couldn't get the credit card machine to work. I was a loyal Circle K customer, but I will never step foot in another Circle K again due to Brandon's unprofessionalism.

this is a response to Hannah and Kathy, to Hannah, I was actually standing behind you when this happened, you were on the phone with someone, possibly underage I heard you say "what do you want?" while trying to buy cigarettes, the guy behind the counter refused sale, third party sales aren't allowed due to their policy, and the person on the phone could've been underage so you're looking at contributing to the delinquency of a minor charge, and to Kathy, circle k is a C-store not a BANK, you want change? go to a bank, I'm sure that's where you got the cash from in the first place anyway, should've asked the bank teller for smaller bills then, if you were meeting someone to buy something that's what you should've done then.... but anyway 5 stars I always go to this location all the employees have treated me nice and helped me a lot, the food and service was also great

My family will never be back to this location. Store manager has horrible customer service & his male employee followed suit under his direction. I hope the owner reads this and changes management. You will keep getting these 1 star reviews with him in charge of your establishment and training your employees. He needs to leave his attitude at home, it’s hurting your business. Called to complain and was hung up on. Will never be back.

Jaden at the till was excellent! Great service, was happy to serve us our free coffee for national coffee day. Even thoughtfully offered us a drink carrier since we had a couple slushies too. Somebody give this man a raise.

You need to train your employees to be polite, check your problems at the door I told the shorter larger guy that worked there "have a good day" he literally mocked me like a child would. I stopped and asked him as I was walking away "really your going to mock me, nice" He is shift lead or assistant to the store "longer hair, facial hair" is he rude to me. Is it because I'm Navive American or does he get away with this behavior with other customers.
