Target

Thank you Ramon and Dylan for 5 star service. Most of the store was very well organized. They're currently updating the clothing area with winter and seasonal items. Found some cute things here today. Along with some snacks for Romeo.

I went int Target to purchase collector card supplies, NOT THE ACTUAL CARDS, just general supplies. Unknown to me, Target does not allow returns on these supply items. I was not sure if what I purchased was what the gift recipient wanted so I thought she would be able to return them, but alas, no. I read on the receipt, looking at something else that the items, card protect sleeves and binder inserts were non-returnable. I immediately went to service desk, told them the situation, and was still told they could do nothing. So I returned ALL of the other items and only kept the items I was being held hostage for. They ended up being perfect for the gift recipient but I don't like being held hostage for something I was unaware of. THE SIGN, after my husband went back to look for it, was small and stuck to the side of a cooler at the end of the shelves of card items. This sign was also being blocked by several other customers in the area, so neither my husband or myself saw it at the time. Then when I mentioned to my husband that if these were not what she wanted she could return them, the cashier said NOTHING!! There is no notice at check-out either to notify you that these items are non-returnable. HORRIBLE experience. I don't follow the card collecting stuff but even our son and his girlfriend did not know that Target does not allow returns on the SUPPLY ITEMS. We all do now!!

Me and my friend(both young females) love coming to this target it is always clean and the employees are always friendly! Today was a bit of a scary experience, we had another customer start following us around and to make a long story short we didn’t feel safe exiting the store. We had a tall man with glasses and a beard (we believe his name was Dylan) offer to walk us out. He was very kind about it and we appreciate everyone working at the time!

Fast and friendly service , my egg pesto sandwich was delicious as well as my cold brew. Skip the disappointment at the Washington st. location and dip into target quick. It will be faster and more pleasant than the drive through, I promise . 🙂

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. If you can avoid shopping here, do so. In my experience the person helping me was rude and does not handle customer service needs appropriately.

This store is just great for a little bit of everything now. They even have a small food section to help you out along the way. With really good service and good prices, watch out Walmart. Target is coming for you.

Courtney working at the self checkout at 7pm 7/19/25 genuinely ruined my night. I am a very nice young women, and I understand working customer service. I understand long days. But to have a job that pays you to help people and help with customers (even though all you have to do is stand there at self checkout)- to act like you hate customers and hate people in general is so so sad. Please do not work in customer service if you are going to ruin peoples nights for no reason. I had to ask her to uncase an electronic, and she ripped it out of my hand without saying a single word. I proceeded to watch her which I apologize if that made her uncomfortable (I genuinely was not thinking as I have had a long day too) and she didn’t even look up and she said "feel free to check out"… like feel free to be nicer???? It’s not my fault you have to do your JOB you are PAID for. After she helped me I said AND I QUOTE "thanks, have a good night" and she did not say a single word. I hope a manager can discuss this with her. Even small bits of rudeness really affect people and I hope she never treats any other HUMANS like that again.
