KooKoo's Nest

A wonderful shopping experience while searching for a dress for my wife and my upcoming convalidation ceremony! My wife needed a dress (in a hurry) for our upcoming Catholic convalidation ceremony and we were referred to KooKoos Nest. We were not disappointed! Kinzey provided us with excellent service and we found the perfect dress for the occasion. They have a wide selection of formal clothing and accessories, which are reasonably priced. I highly recommend you check them out if you are around the Bismarck, North Dakota area!

I went there with my daughter as a walk in. It said on the website that walking were accepted. We went to the store at a time when it was less likely to be busy. The owner seemed irritated that we were there even though there were just a couple people in the store. The store was nicely organized and had a good selection of dresses. The person helping us was nice. The owner was rude again later. I would probably go there again if I had no other option. As I was at the store, it reminded me of the Seinfeld episode…. No Soup for You!

The staff was extremely nice despite being a Saturday, but the only thing I am a little disheartened about is that there wasn’t a lot of dresses for bigger sizes. There was only about a rack, of my size and looking through all the dresses I saw none that I really liked. I just wish that there were more options in my size but other than that, the staff are really nice. This is a wonderful place. I’m just sad about how there wasn’t much dresses my size.

Absolutely amazing service, I was deciding between two dresses and staff stayed late for me, and even encouraged me to sleep on it to ensure I chose the right one for me! My assistant Sophia was so nice and gave me amazing help with the dresses! Overall great welcoming environment and very accommodating staff!

This was a lovely experience! Highly highly recommend Kinzey and all her help and expertise. Such friendly employees who build you up. Definitely coming back next year.

I went here after finding them on Google, and was amazed with the service! I walked in without an appointment and Kinzey stopped what she was doing to help me out immediately. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even when I didn’t know what I wanted myself. She even pulled out a tripod so that I could set my phone up to FaceTime my best friend. She was very professional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this shop for anyone who needs a dress for any type of event! Thank you once again!
