QFC

So, I am a regular customer here. I come in to do my grocery shopping about 4 times a week every night after work. I don't get off work until @ 11:00pm. so I usually am only able to make it during the last hour or two before they close. I always do my very best to be as polite, respectful and as understanding possible twords every single individual worker that may be working while I shop. I always try to get whatever shopping I may need to get done finished as fast as possible and I try to be out the door without any holdups or issues on my end.... Before closing time But it would seem that every single night, I constantly get bad attitudes from the same shelf stacker employees. No matter what I do or don't do, he is constantly making rude comments to me about how I am holding the staff up and how I am making them not be able to go home on time and are fired to work till late because of me! He also says that I need to hurry up and get out of the store now and how I shouldn't be there this late shopping! He also asks me why do I have to come in when I do so late and how he thinks it's bullshit that I do. He is constantly rolling his eyes at me whenever he sees me and makes loud sighing noises when I walk past him. He will even go as far as to say things like "Oh great she's here." and "I guess we're not going home on time tonight, once again!" He has even once gone as far as to say to me "just hurry up and get the hell out of the store and go home!" "I want to go home sometime tonight so just go!" Then there's this different male employee that works the closing shift by the self-checkouts. You can tell that he really hates his job there. He seems to get extremely irritated and frustrated very easily often and he just doesn't seem to care about the jobat all or the customers either. He is very cold, unwelcoming and not approachable at all. He is really just rude. Those two male employees make my shopping trips completely unpleasant for me and just flat out a bad experience. I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY AT THIS STORE MONTHLY THAT IT IS NOT EVEN FUNNY! So, for me to be treated so poorly, so often not just by these two employees only, but also by the male daytime manager as well! it's just absolutely disgusting and flat out wrong the way I have been treated. It really sucks that the rest of the staff is so amazing almost all the time and they really are what makes the store tolerable but then when it comes to those three mistreating male individuals... they really go and just ruin it all together. They make it just a bad experience overall. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone else ever to go to. Honestly, if you ask me...I would go out of my way anyway to go to the Issaquah QFC to do all my shopping instead if I possibly could. The entire night crew at that store is nothing short of phenomenal. They have given me the best shopping experience I could possibly ever have every time. There the best grocery store ever! And so I highly recommend taking the extra time and spending the extra gas to drive the extra miles all the way to Issaquah, just to be able to experience the night time crew that works there. They will blow away the Factoria store without even trying. that is all thanks to those three male employees with bad attitudes that just don't know how to treat customers properly. That is just a darn shame and is just too good darn bad.

There's help people and not so helpful people who work here. Some of them don't seem to care about the customers or whether they have a job or not. There's better prices at other grocery stores. But this place is convenient off the freeway. It's also the last resort when there's no other options. I will go out of my way to shop somewhere else first before I shop here. Limited options, small footprint, and some poor customer service.

I love this QFC! Staffed by a wide array of lovely people - most of whom I’ve met at this point - I spend the vast majority of my EBT here (a lot of it on Boar’s Head sandwiches from the deli; love em), fill all my prescriptions here. I often have my morning coffee here at the Starbucks, and Ezekiel the Hedgehog and I often work on movie reviews at the desk and stools facing the parking lot. K. Cook & Cats, Co. heartily and unreservedly endorse and support the Factoria QFC, and we hope to see you in here 🤗

I don't usually shop at QFC but I'm from out of town, so I stopped in for a few things. Wow! This is a pretty good store. A great deli and meat department. Pretty good inventory as far as selection goes. This makes me want to check them out when I go home.

I like thus factoring location. The staff is not as jaded as the renton ones and seem happy. But the selection is limited 3xcluding some of my favorite items. Common guys start stocking coconut helados ice cream, pretty please.

We had some fantastic experiences with The staff here. They are super friendly and welcoming to all customers. All the products are stocked and Fresh. I love how QFC maintains its stores clean, and safe and their products up to the highest quality. Although the price is a little bit higher than Seattle’s stores, I would love to be back at some day

Today I had an unpleasant experience at this QFC location. I was looking at the orchids near checkout lane 12, and as I stepped toward that area, the cashier suddenly put his hand out in front of me and told me in a rude tone that I was not allowed to go there because it was ‘his area.’ I wasn’t crossing a restricted zone — I was simply trying to look at the flowers. His behavior felt unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I hope the store trains staff to treat customers with basic courtesy. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing!!!
