Jubin Ryu, M.D. Ph.D.

Dr. Ryu is an incredible doctor! He stays up to date on latest prescription drugs and treatments for medical issues. He has a very kind and friendly personality. Very humble for such an intelligent doctor. I'd give him 6-stars if the system would allow.

I have been under the care of Dr. Ryu for quite some time and always consider myself most fortunate that he is my Dermatologist. Having experienced skin cancer, Dr. Ryu’s thorough attention to detail at my twice-yearly skin checks serves to remind me that I am in the best of hands. If that wasn’t enough, he is terribly personable!

Dr. Ryu is an extraordinary doctor who my husband and I have used for years and is now treating our whole family. He is so warm and personable but more important, he is so knowledgeable and precise in his treatment. You never have to worry that he will miss any problem area.

Dr. Ryu is an excellent dermatologist. He is always very patient and thorough during examinations, answering any questions that I may have, and he clearly explains treatment options. He is also very personable and has a calming demeanor. I consider myself fortunate that he is my dermatologist and is part of my Sutter Health care team.

As a 10+ client of Dr Ryu, I find he always has time to explain procedures , care, necessary treatments and he listens very closely to my concerns about past issues, and Present new issues. He has always been very knowledgeable over the years with all my unusual world travel issues and has been proactive with all issues from tick bites to melanoma with thorough exams. I have had no more melanoma since 2004 with his careful eye checking all skin issues

Dr Ryu is a phenomenal dermatologist - have used him multiple times from very straight froward full body scans to treating pre-cancerous lesions to helping diagnose a neurological condition that presents like a dermatology issue. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he has never been late in over a dozen appointments and he's just very thoughtful and engaging - even with tough conversations - everything I'd want in a doc.
