Dr. Andrews and her staff are excellent. They are very caring and always ask if I have any concerns. The front desk is well-organized. Dr. Andrews truly cares about her patients. She's the BEST.

As someone with terrible anxiety revolving around new doctors and being judged for my acne especially, Dr. Ortman and everyone in the office were a breath of fresh air. Everyone had a smile on their face and made you feel like you were truly welcome there. There was no sense of judgement or negativity. They made the entire new patient process as easy as possible and were incredibly thorough with finding a proper treatment that fit my needs and worked with my restrictions. I would 110% recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly easy going and stress-free dermatologist office. 😊🩵

My allergist referred me to Dr. Andrews-Jenkins for a possible immune-related dermatitis condition. The facility’s own website highlights her eight years of training at Mayo Clinic, where she earned her medical degree and served as Chief Resident of Dermatology. However, when I called to schedule, the receptionist told me the facility doesn’t handle my potential issue and that I should "go to Mayo Clinic" instead - this is asinine given the doctor’s background. The receptionist came across as more of a gatekeeper than someone informed about the doctors she represents. Rather than argue, I left this review because I’m tired of clinics placing unhelpful and uninformed people at the front lines of patient care. Not to mention, the wait times. The earliest available appointment at this clinic wasn’t until April 2026. This is unacceptable in a world where efficiency can be improved at your fingertips.

I had a sizeable spot on my leg and was told by the office of Jacksonville Dermatology that it was just a part of getting old. After a few months it was properly diagnosed as Basal cell carcinoma (type of skin cancer)! Your incompetent workers do not do a thorough job. Do NOT recommend!

I had been seeing Dr. Wilson for quite some time. She is the most caring dermatologist I've ever seen. She is always pleasant, never rushed, very personable and goes above and beyond to help you with issues not always addressed within the scope of a routine dermo appointment. I trusted her 100% with my care. Unfortunately for me, she has chosen to be a full-time Mom, which I commend her for. The practice has not replaced her with another dermatologist, rather a very young inexperienced PA. While this PA is very nice, nice isn't what a 67 year old woman with extensive sun damage needs. I gave her a try, but my last appointment was just that, my last. I cannot trust this person's care. With that being said I chose to move on for obvious reasons. Never accept care that you know in your heart is less than sub par. I truly miss Dr. Wilson
