Fusion Dental & Braces at Clear Creek

This was my first appointment with this provider and I have no complaints about the dental work that was done. Of course I also liked the dental work done by my previous provider, so you may ask why I changed providers. I'll tell you. I generally am very hostile to any technology developed since 1970, especially computers and cell phones. My previous provider tried to confirm an appointment made six months earlier by sending me a text. I don't text. When they got no response to their text, they cancelled my appointment without my knowledge until I showed up for the appointment whereupon I canceled that practice and found a new one (this one) that hopefully will not cancel the appointments we have made and I have noted with pen on a paper calendar. While I hope this provider works out, I'm a bit apprehensive, as when I checked out, the person at the desk asked if I wanted a text reminder of future appointments. I told her I don't text, but if she wanted to contact me, e-mail had about a 40% probability of success. Text, of course, has a 0% chance and just calling on the cell phone I'm forced to carry has about a 30% chance of success as it doesn't ring loud enough, long enough, and is often forgotten on its charger or has been left off its charger long enough for the battery to have died. If it's in my pocket while I'm driving, you might as well not call 'cause I'll never be able to get it out of my pocket and wouldn't play with it while driving anyway. I've given this provider my wife's phone number and e-mail suggesting she is more likely than I to receive electronic communication via today's technology. Obviously I was able to compose this posting, so this, at least, is within the realm of possibility for me with a computer, but anything more complex would be fantasy.

I had negative experiences at several dental clinics, which made me skeptical. However, after starting to visit here, I've consistently received exceptional service. The staff demonstrates expertise and a friendly demeanor. Thanks Deli for excellent work and friendly attitude!

The staff is AMAZING! The customer service is phenomenal!! My whole family and I go here and we absolutely love them! My kids had their first dentist appointment there and they are so great with the kids! Very patient and over all just an amazing team!

Dr. Johnson is exceptional. He does great work, very friendly, comical, when numbing the area of your mouth, I felt absolutely nothing when getting the few injections in the gum where hes going to work. Office staff is friendly, answered my questions quickly and my wait time was just a few minutes. My appointment was for 9am, I got there around 845 and I checked in and sat down and had 2 cavities done and I was home before 10am. This is my go to place when it comes to any dental work for me and my family.

Dr. J is truly the best. He got me in incredibly fast even though his schedule was packed. I have terrible dental anxiety, and he was so kind, patient, and reassuring the entire time. His assistant was just as caring and attentive. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the entire team—they’re unbelievably kind and make you feel like their only patient. I left the office feeling genuinely happy, calm, and uplifted.

In search of a reliable dental professional, I found Dr. J to be exceptional. His expertise and compassionate approach saved my tooth. Moreover, he provided comprehensive explanations of his procedures, alleviating my anxiety during dental visits. While dental appointments can be intimidating, Dr. J’s professionalism and care make them a positive experience. If you are seeking a trustworthy dentist, Dr. J is the ideal choice.

5 stars! Dr. Johnson is an incredible dentist. He squeezed me in for an emergency appointment because he was determined to save my tooth. The whole team is talented and treats you like family. I also really appreciate how helpful and accommodating they are with their payment options. Highly recommended!
