Front office is so unhelpful and they will not provide any way to get in touch or even leave a message (either by voicemail or email) for Dr. O'Connell. I don't know if she has instructed them to be this way. We are existing patients and are treated this poorly. I like Dr. O'Connell and she is nice but either she, or her front desk, could truly care less about her patients.

Front office ladies are super nice! Dr. O’Connell was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. Her PA was extremely accommodating and so very kind. I will recommend this office to everyone!

I appreciate Dr. O'Connell very much. I've seen her for the last three or four years and found her to be very personable, thorough, respectful and professional. She is very careful to examine all possible problems on my skin and eliminate them appropriately, including biopsy when called for. Her kindness and smile are also qualities that I appreciate.

I have since gone to a different dermatologist and have experienced much better customer service from the front desk and from the dermatologist. She used to be good but has since gotten too "big" to really spend time and care about patients. Don't even get me started about the front desk staff. You also have to be careful how you post these because they only let the good reviews stay. I am a former patient of a long time and can tell you I left because of the front desk AND the actual dermatologist. My whole family has also left there. There is better out there.

After moving to FL it took me a while to find a dermatologist that I felt took the health of my skin seriously. Dr O’Connell not only takes my skin concerns seriously she is smart, personable and respectful. When I see a suspicious area or have any concern, she fits me right in. Highly recommend.

I love Dr. O'Connell! I've been seeing her now for about 2 years and appreciate her time and effort! In two years we tried a couple different solutions to fix my problem and now my skin is clear and I'm forever grateful! Highly recommend her!!

I had, what I thought to be, terrible acne on my chin and every product I put on my skin made it worse. Dr. O'Connell promptly diagnosed it as a type of dermatitis and put me on a medicine regime both topical and oral and it cleared up! I also love the cosmetic procedures offered by the office!
