From the first call into the office my experience has been nothing short of 5 stars! Patty was super welcoming and made the appointment process a breeze. I also LOVE that the team utilizes modern technology for faster check in and overall communication. The office is clean (not sterile) and the staff are all very friendly. Dr. Maria made me feel comfortable, informed and confident in my dental health plan and was very transparent about what to expect. We found our new dentist!

First visit Friday was worthy of the 5 star. Modern and very clean . Dr. Maria and assistant Jackie were professional and very kind. Front desk Patty was very helpful with insights on payments etc… I have follow up in a few days to complete my procedures and hopefully will have another good experience 🤞

I cannot say enough amazing things about Escondido Modern Dentistry. I’m a 33 year old woman who’s had a few epidurals in her life, I would gladly take 10 epidurals over the extreme dental pain I woke up with a few weeks ago with. My primary dental office was unavailable, so I desperately searched for the closest office covered by my insurance. From the very first call, they went above and beyond. They got me scheduled within the hour, which honestly felt like a lifesaver. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and genuinely listened to. The team was professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating, especially with my schedule and the fact that I have braces. They thoroughly assessed my situation and determined that I needed two root canals, explaining everything clearly and compassionately so I never felt overwhelmed or rushed. Dr. Escobedo was nothing short of amazing. Her expertise, calm demeanor, and genuine care made an incredibly painful and stressful situation so much easier. I have never cried from so much pain but upon arrival and during the exam and treatment, I knew I made the best choice in choosing to continue my care with Escondido Modern Dentistry. She listened, was empathetic and reassured me that I was going to walk out without pain and we’d address the root (no pun intended) cause. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless, efficient, and far beyond what I ever expected from an emergency dental visit. Patty, the office manager/front desk was very thorough when it came to explaining out of pocket costs and insurance. If you are in pain, need urgent care, or simply want a dental office that truly puts patients first, I cannot recommend Escondido Modern Dentistry enough. They turned a terrible situation into an incredibly positive experience, and I am beyond grateful.

Dr Maria is amazing! My son used to dread going to the dentist but now he looks forward to seeing her and the staff here. Truly amazing place to get quality care !

Great experience overall. Dr. Maria was very professional and made me feel comfortable during the whole visit. Miss Paty at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The office is very clean and modern. Everything went smoothly and I’ll definitely be coming back for my regular cleanings. Highly recommend.

Fantastic group of professional women. I felt very relaxed and at ease. Dr. Maria is a gem she explains everything thoroughly to ensure you grasp the details of your visit and followup. I haven't been to the dentist in nearly 7 years and I was terrified to get seen. The entire team including the hygienists, Patty, Dr. Maria and the oral surgeon Dr. Porazik are so professional, clean, quick, informative, and transparent. Highly recommend giving them the chance to take care of you. I got a tooth extracted and Dr. Porazik got me in and out in about 30 minutes. I didn't feel a thing!
