Dr. Daniel Navi

Dr Navi is a great doctor and a nice person. He explains in detail what’s happening and does his best to help. Staff is nice, waiting time is always minimum.

Only one person working the front desk,doing everything. I was five minutes late for my 11:45 AM appointment and she took 10 minutes to get to me to check me in. Then she pressured me very hard to leave my credit card on file without offering me an authorization to sign. Dr. Navi was double booked for 12 PM and both his 12 pm patients were still waiting in the waiting room at 12:18 PM. One of the 12 PM patients was finally taken in at 12:28 PM. I got up to ask why I was not called in as I had an earlier appointment. I was told because I was late(5 min) I said OK,will I be next? She said "no,we have to take the second 12 PM appointment and then it’s your turn." At that point, I got up and left and I will never go back. They book patients every 15 minutes which makes you feel like cattle and disrespected. It makes you wonder how can a doctor conduct a proper examination and listen to your concerns all in only 15 minutes. Next time I will make sure to choose more wisely, and not go to a "Beauty center" where the skin doctor runs frantically from room to room. Very disappointing and I will never go back.

I went in for a skin cancer screening and this doctor took 3 minutes to look with his bare eyes only. No glasses or goggles to enhance his ability to find cancerous cells. He glanced at the bottoms of my feet, but spent zero time on the top of my balding head, which is a high risk area. My previous doctor at this practice was Dr. Coleman, who was excellent. Unfortunately, he retired. Sadly, I have zero confidence in his review of my skins health and will book an appointment with another doctor elsewhere in Southern California.

Nice nice doctor and staff. But only giving 3 stars because Botox was a fail. Paid 640.00 for 40 units didn't touch crows feet at all. Which were not that bad to begin with. The rest was small forehead lines and furrowed brow. Didn't do much there either but it was what ever. Went back in to show him crows feet and they wanted to add more botox and have me pay again. I didn't think that was right. Won't do that again.

Good doctor but IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH anyone from the office. Mailbox is always full. Keep trying to reach out about a prescription that can easily be fixed over the phone.

Dr. Navi is an excellent doctor , very kind, professional and knowledgeable- he diagnosed my skin issue and his treatment was right on target and my skin issue is gone - Thank you so much Dr. Navi for all your patience and care.

This guy sucks.. no other way to put it. I went in and all he said was take these meds, it should work. And then that was it.. didn’t get to ask no questions or nothing, not to mention the meds aren’t even working. Worst experience ever.
