I’m honestly very disappointed with my first visit. Before booking, I called the office and explained in detail exactly what type of scar I needed treated and what kind of procedure I was looking for. I specifically asked to be scheduled with the best doctor in their practice for my particular concern so I could avoid wasting time and money. They scheduled me for a consultation and charged a $225 consultation fee. When I arrived, the consultation lasted less than five minutes. I spoke to the doctor briefly, he took a very quick look at the area, and then told me it wasn’t something he treats. I was completely confused. If this isn’t something he handles, why was I scheduled with him in the first place after clearly explaining my situation over the phone? He did mention that another doctor within their group specializes in this type of scar repair. However, that means I now have to schedule a second consultation and pay another consultation fee — for the exact issue I thoroughly described when I initially called to avoid this situation. It feels incredibly frustrating and inefficient, and honestly makes me question whether the process is set up to generate multiple consultation fees. Another concerning detail: the doctor I met looked nothing like the photos displayed on their website. Either the photos are outdated, or I was switched to a different provider without being informed. Overall, it was a very disappointing first experience. I am still planning to move forward with a consultation with the specialist they recommended, and I sincerely hope that visit is more aligned with what was originally discussed and expected.

Great experience. Quality care, efficient with their times/appt time. Clinic seems to run smoothly. Staff/Dr happy to help. Bedside manner was great, Great check in process. Would recommend!

Wonderful interaction from first walking in. Took my daughter to see Dr. McKenzie and she was so sweet and incredibly thorough. I’ve had to deal with several Dermatologists in the last 5 months and thank goodness we found her! Highly recommend this Medical office for dermatology 100%.

Dr. Navi was so kind and very thorough with answering my questions. I would highly recommend him. His medical assistant Uzi was really nice and friendly as well and made you feel very welcome going into the room. It was a great first experience and hope to continue care there!

He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I left the appointment with a clear treatment plan and much more peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Navi to anyone looking for a dermatologist who truly knows his field and treats patients with respect and professionalism.

Amazing! I really appreciate the feedback. And I really felt Erica was awesome, she asked all the right questions and I really felt a calmness & that she fully listened to everything I had to say and answered most of my questions as this case is some what sensitive and risky. It’s important to be aware of my safety and know more details before rushing to try potential prescriptions

I am a patient of Dr. Leavitt and I underwent a surgical procedure today. I have to thank both Dr. Leavitt and her staff for excellent care and attentiveness. I would highly recommend this medical practice to anyone who needs their services. Richard Silagy
