I’ve been to California Dermatology Institute three times now, and every visit has been a great experience. The front office staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. The office itself is very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. My dermatologist, Sarah, is excellent. She is very nice, attentive, and truly listens to what I have to say about my skin concerns. I never felt rushed, and she took the time to address my issues and explain everything clearly. I felt heard and cared for at every appointment. Overall, the entire staff is wonderful, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend California Dermatology Institute to anyone looking for quality dermatology care!

I’ve been seeing Sarah since I started visiting this clinic and I’ve always had such an outstanding experience. She has always shown great kindness and compassion towards my needs and concerns. She has recommended amazing alternative treatments to improve my health. And for that I will continue to book future appointments to see, Sarah.

It was my first time to come in to this office. Not knowing what to expect I braced myself for anything. I was grateful to have been seen in this office. As I entered the door, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I filled out my paperwork and was seen about 15 minutes later. After my consultation, I was comfortable enough to ask any questions, knowing that I was dealing with an experienced doctor. I know I have many appointments coming up and feel very comfortable, knowing I am in great hands. I definitely would recommend to anyone to come and visit at the norther location for Dermatology. You won’t regret it.

After 3 years,, I am still impressed with the consistently high level of care I receive,. Every Physician’s Assistant (PA) is able to pick up my file and understand my case perfectly. They are prepared and professional and always respectful and accommodating my wishes. I continue to reccommend Dr. Ezra Navid and his PA’s at California Dermatology Institute with 5 atars.

This was probably the worst place I went to. I went in for some concerns I have on my skin. I have a wart on my finger, I get really bad rashes around my legs and groin area and some skin damage from the sun that I wanted them to look at. #1: I didn’t even get to see the Dr. they sent in his assistant to answer all my questions. #2: the assistant didn’t even do anything. She said everything is fine and just to wear sunscreen outside and recommended some sunscreen brands. #3: did not even do a check through, didn’t tell me what my problems were or address them and told me to come back and do another visit if I need to. I had to pay out of pocket plus whatever they charged my insurance. I still have all my skin conditions without any treatment. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Find a place that actually cares about you.

the staff is always so nice, even if they are so busy. the P A is patient, kind and patient. i dont feel rushed, even if she has all tx rooms and waiting room full. thank you
