I had the most wonderful experience shopping with Pooja! She was incredibly patient, understood exactly what we were looking for, and showed us some great pieces. This was my first Chanel purchase, and I had been waiting for this bag for months but couldn’t find it anywhere. Thanks to Pooja, I finally did - and it’s absolutely beautiful! Her knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire experience so special. I’ll definitely be returning to her for my next pieces.

What an amazing experience. While visiting my wife wanted to stop in at Chanel to look around. Normally I am ready to leave quickly after arriving yet not this time. We met with a consultant named Pooja. She was amazing and showed us every aspect of the store for 3 hours. Attentive to us at every turn, never leaving our side unless a different size was needed. While there she told us the history behind Chanel and its iconic symbols. We walked in just wanting to visit for a few minutes, we left 3 hours later amazed with Pooja, the boutique, and several things that made my wife happier than a kid at Christmas. Thanks Pooja for everything, we will be back to see you.

I had a wonderful experience at Chanel, thanks especially to Jackie. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel welcoming without ever being pushy. Jackie took the time to listen, answered all of my questions thoughtfully, and made sure I felt genuinely taken care of throughout my visit. Her professionalism and warmth truly elevated the experience and reflected the high level of service Chanel is known for. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit.

Very friendly service and a nice selection of beauty products for men and women. Stephanie was very nice and professional and helpful. The guard was also very pleasant.

I came here because I wasn't able to get things in Paris. I stood outside of the boutique in Champ Elysee for 1.5 h just to get in and find out there is another 2 hour wait line in the store for sales rep. And you can't buy anything without them. Few months later I was excited to see same boots that I saw in boutique there and Keiko was very nice to help me with my purchase. I was in and out in 40 minutes with trying different style shoes. I got my Christmas gift! So happy.

We were in your Las Vegas Bellagio shop just this night. We liked so much your watch model with golden chains and black leather for around 6 500$! We were lied that the watch is made only of pure gold and leather! We ask several times because it's important for us to be gold and only gold. Your staff is lying!! Very, very ugly, disgusting!

These two associations at the Chanel store were extremely rude and unprofessional. As one does I was walking and decided to stop inside the Chanel store to look around when I came across a good photo opportunity so we asked the security guard that stands by the door if it was okay to take some pictures which he agreed to. These two associates notice and start acting completely unprofessional making nasty faces and clearing trying to purposely be right in the photos. As well as mocking us and laughing at us. I've never been treated like this for simply taking pictures and being somewhere we're given permission to be. I would definitely not buy from either of these ladies especially if you're a person of color. I would also like to add that these two associates where the only ones "working" that were bothered by the photos being taken. I really wish I could leave zeros stars just for this interaction.
