I’ve been going to Bungalow/8 for a few years now and love it! Megan has been cutting and coloring my hair for years and she is always attentive, offers suggestions and is so nice and friendly. I always walk out of the salon feeling refreshed! I consistently get compliments on my hair - specifically the highlights/coloring. The salon itself is clean and busy but never overwhelming. There is enough space that I’ve never felt crowded.

I LOVE Bungalow 8. I always have such an amazing experience with my girl, Natasha. However, from the minute you walk in, I feel welcomed. There’s such a fun energy and every one is friendly. Love seeing the owner work on his clients and he’s also very friendly.

I love Bungalow/8!! All the stylists have had exceptional training. I trust any one of them with my hair. Lauren is amazing!! Always does a perfect job. Everyone is friendly and great to work with! True professionals!

I went here for the first time just a few days ago and I loved it! I called at 9:30 in the morning and they were able to get me in at 12:45 the SAME DAY. My hairstylist was Megan. I showed her a few pictures of what I was thinking I wanted, and she was able to pick the perfect colors to match my skin tone and still be very similar to the pictures I had shown her. She was easy to get along with and the conversation never felt forced, as it does with some people. The salon itself is professional and modern. I was greeted and offered a drink right as I walked in the door. Everyone was very friendly too. I will definitely be going back!

Disappointed in how today’s appointment was handled. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment at BUNGALOW/8 and waited 15 minutes past my appointment time without being seen. When I asked the receptionist if the stylist would be available soon, I was told she was running late—but no one had reached out ahead of time to let me know. When I let the receptionist know I couldn’t wait any longer, she was dismissive and rude, and told me I would still be charged for the missed appointment—even though I had shown up on time and left only after being informed that the stylist was running late and would be done soon. How soon? Am I to wait until she got around to me rather than my appointment time? Unfortunately, I’ve had to dispute the charge through my credit card company, as no service was provided and the stylist was over 15 minutes late. Imagine if it was I that was that late. I expected better communication and customer care. I won’t be going back.
