Terrible service from the old red haired lady. I checked in and was immediately first in line because no one else was waiting. She then proceeded to click around on her computer for 20 minutes acting busy until another person came in, this person did NOT check in online(I watched him check in in store right in front of me) and she immediately tells him to come up and starts cutting his hair. Why couldn't she have started cutting mine 20 minutes ago? Needless to say I'll never be coming back to this location.

I have had amazing experiences with this place but Lori does not know how to do a fade. You can literally see the layers of hair because you can see straight lines between each layer…I give 5 stars because the other stylists are awesome!

Everyone we have seen at this location does a great job! We have seen Virgina, Keeta and Paige! We've tried a lot of different kinds of cuts and they all turn out great.
