Every time I get to treat myself to a salon day, Julia and the team at Five Salon always provide excellent results. I go for highlights, but Julia specializes in women’s and men’s cuts, color, and she is THE curl specialist (and so much more)! The conversations are great and I always feel welcomed with open arms when I come in, totally recommend this place!

The appointment went well the stylist was super sweet but I am very unhappy with the way everyone beat around the bush when I was asking how pricing works since there was nothing online, no estimate giving. I got all over black from already dark brown hair no layers extremely simple color and cut….. $200 WHAT? If I’m a new customer and I even ask about pricing and you tell me nothing how on earth would you think $200 is something slight. Absolutely absurd. Then I get home my dress is covered in black hair dye I get it I do sometimes a little dot or 2 is Unpreventable but the back slathered in black dye is extremely unprofessional especially for the price I paid. Will NEVER return. Just know this salon upcharges the hell out of their service.

From the warm tea while I waited, to a fluffy warm towel on my neck while my hair was washed, a scalp massage, and incredible professional- Morgan- that made recommendations and frequent check ins to be sure I was getting exactly what I wanted- it all was amazing. I’ve absolutely found my new hair home.

Morgan always has the best suggestions for my hair type! She told me that I needed a moisture shampoo and conditioner and now my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been! I used to have thin flat lifeless hair and now it’s full of body and it’s curly! It used to never even hold a curl after styling!!! Love it and her!!!

Horrible experience at Five Salon. My wife called to book a root touch-up and was required to pay a 50% deposit upfront, even though they couldn’t give a definite price. They estimated full foils at $160, which she needed because she has Asian hair and is a bleach blonde. When she arrived, the stylist didn’t use foils and instead slathered bleach directly onto her hair. Hours later, they told her they couldn’t get her back to blonde and that she’d have to settle for being a brunette. No warning, no discussion—just a complete disaster. Worse, the bleach completely fried her hair, leaving it burned and melted in some areas. She was devastated. To top it all off, they charged her $240 for ruining her hair. She has a vacation tomorrow and is so upset she doesn’t even want to leave her room. I’ve attached a photo showing what her hair normally looks like vs. the terrible brownish-red color they left her with. This was beyond unprofessional—this was hair damage and neglect. Stay far away if you value your hair!!!!

I’ve been going to Five Salon for awhile now and love it! I was looking for a new stylist, and tried a few but never got the results I wanted. Not until I found Hope at Five Salon! She is AMAZING!! She is always so friendly and attentive. Always wanting to be sure I’m comfortable and happy. I consistently get compliments on my hair - specifically the highlights! She also gives an absolutely fantastic scalp massage! Honestly, it’s my favorite part of the appointment!😊❤️. The reception staff are professional and welcoming, always great about asking whether I need water, my coat hung up, another appointment scheduled, etc. The atmosphere is calm and serene, and they have an impressive selection of high-quality Aveda products. I would highly recommend trying any of the stylists at Five Salon!! You won’t regret it!

Pleasant experience. My stylist listened to me, did a great job. The salon is comfortable, was just great.
