BodyCentre Day Spa

I just got home from BodyCentre and I felt compelled to tell as many people as I could how awesome this place is!!!! Of course it starts with the owners. So sweet and definitely were looking out for me as I love to visit health and wellness clinics. They gave me the best advice for my health! Also made sure to help save some money! I’ve been going to a couple other places for red light therapy. Little did I know, those red light beds do not compare to the one here! Also, Liz gave me the best facial! She was also very knowledgeable! One thing that I noticed after being there for a few hours is they don’t ask you if you want to purchase anything which made me feel like I was just hanging out at a friends house to be honest. It’s just incredible how many different things you can do here. You could literally spend your entire day here and feel completely rejuvenated. I walked in thinking I was just getting a facial! I got my facial, spent one hour in the oxygen chamber and did a session in the red light bed! What a day! GO HERE AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE !

I had an amazing experience at Body Center Day Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Gina was absolutely incredible. She gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had — her attention to detail, technique, and overall skill really stood out. She knew exactly where to focus and made sure the pressure was perfect throughout the entire session. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients’ comfort. As a really nice touch, they even offer a complimentary baked good at the end of the massage — and it was delicious! It was such a thoughtful way to end an already great experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Gina if you book here!

I always come here to my european facials.Bought the valentines package for my birthday treat to my self but I don’t even feel the european facials w/ Tim and I’m not happy w/ his service.Marley is the best aesthetician I had that’s why always make an appointment for her but unfortunately she’s not working here anymore.After my facial I had to transfer to another room and waited for abt 25-30 mins for my spa massage. With regards to my massage Dee dee is the best,this is the reason why I’m giving a 3 stars.

I felt too uncomfortable to be relaxed during and after the aromatherapy massage with Dan V. There were actions I thought were borderline inappropriate and definitely unnecessary. I wanted to try aromatherapy massage for the first time and expressed this to the massage therapist/technician Dan V beforehand, asking him for what I can expect. He said it depends if I wanted a half or full body experience and if I had massages before. He also asked what areas were preferred to be focused on and my desired goal of this massage. I said - full body is OK, I have had massages before, my back and neck areas, and relaxation from the stress of starting a new job. He did not ask me for any recent injuries, did not ask if I had areas I preferred off-limits, and did not tell me what type of massage techniques would be used. I went in without much expectation or info except confirming that lavender oil would be used. I understand this establishment has sports therapy massage, which I have experienced twice here with Chris, but I was not expecting to have my inner thigh areas (adductor longus muscles) massaged when I never expressed injury there or that Dan V would repeatedly interlock his hands with mine (over 5 times) while stretching and massaging my arms - these acts felt unnecessary and distracting. I immediately thought of my boyfriend and what he'd think of this. Without disclaimer/notice for permission, Dan V kneaded closely within a few inches of my groin area and he stood over me to stretch both of my arms above my head using both of his hands waffled (fingers intertwined) with mine while I was face-up which exposed my chest from under the covering - I had to research later if these methods were "normal". He had some good Swedish massage techniques in between the uncomfortable moments, I don't doubt his talent. Maybe Dan V was tired since I was his last client of the evening. And maybe this experience would be OK for some people who have no boundaries, but it didn't feel like the most professional experience I have had. I wasn't that relaxed afterwards. Despite the cute interior or homemade cookies offered free of charge, I don't want to try aromatherapy or any massage here again.

Have had multiple experiences at The BodyCentre now and am impressed with the comfortable atmosphere and level of service provided. I’ve had great massages with Dan.V and will coming to seek out his expertise. I feel amazing after every treatment and look forward to my next massage! Highly recommend Dan V

Daniel was so amazing !! He asked me what my areas of concern were and he listened to everything I said . I was also a little worried having a male masseuse because the last time I did have a male , he applied too much pressure so I was in pain the next day but I’m sure I won’t be after Daniel. He asked and I told him not too apply too much . I will definitely request him again when my bestie and I come back for our annual mama holidays massages here . Oh and the baked goods offered after the massages were delish !

I chose to receive a relaxation massage this time. Gina, my massage therapist did an amazing job. I came away from my session feeling so relaxed. The facility always feels so inviting and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have brought several family members here over the years. I recommend The highly Bodycentre to anyone looking for a great massage.
