Wren Wellness in Costa Mesa is an absolute vibe. From the moment you walk in, the energy is calm, clean, and welcoming. The aesthetic is beautiful and instantly puts you at ease. I booked a massage and it was amazing one of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell they truly care about the experience and your well-being. Highly recommend if you’re looking to relax, reset, and treat yourself to something special.

Wren is a beautiful, calming space that instantly makes you feel grounded. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about your well-being! I’ve been lucky enough to have a lymphatic drainage massage, and spend a day in the members lounge, where I alternated between the sauna and cold plunge, then ended with a mocktail on the loungers. Absolutely 10/10 experience! Everything about my time at Wren has felt intentional and peaceful. Wren is more than a studio - it’s a thoughtfully crafted sanctuary for self-care and community. Highly recommend!

My experience at Wren has been incredible! The service is lovely, the setting is impeccable and it truly provides such a relaxing experience. I had never cold plunged before and I really appreciate getting to try it with the sauna! I can’t wait to try an event. They also look so fun!

I’m writing this from the perspective of a retired spa owner. This was my first visit to Wren, planned two months in advance as part of a getaway with my best friend. Given the online reviews and the impression from the website, we both expected a more polished, high-end experience. The reservation process, confirmations, and intake forms were handled properly, and the pricing for the massage itself was reasonable. However, the overall hospitality fell short. Upon arrival, the welcome felt underwhelming. The receptionist stayed seated the entire time, appeared a bit underdressed, and didn’t offer a greeting beyond the basics. There was no welcome beverage or short orientation of the facility, and we had to ask about the restroom—the only available "amenity" unless you’re a member. The atmosphere continued to feel disconnected when a therapist walked past us without greeting. I later learned she was my assigned therapist, which made the lack of acknowledgment even more surprising, especially in a hospitality-driven industry. My friend was taken in for her appointment on time and received an excellent massage, which I was grateful for since it was her birthday. My therapist came to get me several minutes late, again without greeting or explanation. The massage itself was average, and it felt as though my intake form had not been reviewed—areas I requested focus on were overlooked, and areas I preferred to avoid were still worked on. As someone who has owned and operated a spa, I understand the importance of service standards and client care. Unfortunately, this experience felt inconsistent and lacked the level of hospitality I had hoped for.

This place is a god send. I was looking for a legit contrast therapy place and this is definitely it. Like the other reviewers have said the saunas are actual steam saunas and not the IR ones. If you want hot saunas this is the place. I've also tried their massage session. Truly awesome. They make you feel like a VIP. The price is a bit high for my taste but it's worth every penny.

Everything at Wren is so intentionally curated from the moment you step foot in this space. The decor and set up are absolutely stunning, and the services they offer are magical!! I got the muscle recovery massage, which was the perfect balance of pressure while being so relaxing and rejuvenating for my muscles. I will definitely be back to check out their other offerings, and am already planning to gift a massage to my mom for Mother’s Day!
