Massage Seven Spa

I booked a 60-minute massage, and what I received was not a massage. From the beginning, the treatment consisted of random, aggressive pressing only, with no technique, no flow, and no professionalism. It was uncomfortable and borderline painful, with no connection to a real massage experience. Because of how bad it was, I stopped the session after about 30 minutes. When I spoke to the owner and explained the situation, the only compensation offered was a $15 discount, which is completely unacceptable considering the service was cut short and the quality was extremely poor. Charging almost full price for a treatment that was unpleasant, unprofessional, and not completed is unfair and disappointing. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning.

First time at Massage Seven Spa and it was absolutely amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I had the therapist, Coco really knew what she was doing and she was great! I got the couple massage special and it came with Hot Stones, Pain Relief Ointment, a Neck Mask, Luxurious Hot Oils, a Herbal Pad and a Soothing Hot Towel for your Feet. . It was a great first experience!!! We will definitely be back! Only thing I would recommend is for them to offer hot water or tea after in lieu of cold water.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Atmosphere was very luxury and clean. All the staff was amazing as well. The actual massage was amazing and extremely relaxing! I feel like a brand new person, i’ll be back here for sure.

I had the best experience at Massage Seven in Costa Mesa. Everything was so clean and the service was phenomenal. The masseuse was amazing and relieved all of my tension. Such a cute spa!! Will definitely be back.

I’ve had three wonderful massages at Massage Seven and every therapist I’ve seen has been great always giving the deep pressure I ask for and focusing on the areas I need most. Today I came in for my birthday and Susan gave me the most amazing treatment! From the warm welcome at the start, to her telling me she wanted to make my massage extra special, to the happy birthday wishes throughout, it honestly made for the best birthday massage experience. I even left with a sweet little gift. 🙌😊 I feel so relaxed, blissed out, and grateful to have found my massage home.

Coco is amazing! Everytime I come here the front desk is so helpful and kind. The massages are top notch. I always leave feeling relaxed! Definitely recommend!

All staff were polite and efficient throughout the service. Came in with pain and tension in my left shoulder and lower back. Got exactly the treatment I was looking for and left free of tension. It was a nice treat for my boyfriend and all after having a rough couple weeks of work
