Dr. Zhuang and her staff are the best! Never had to wait when I arrived on time. The office staff are super friendly and very helpful. Dr. Zhuang explains everything, is patient and doesn't rush through the appointments. She is very calming and makes you feel relaxed. My results are out of this world too! I'm one happy lady after many years of a different unsuccessful attempts at microblading removal!

Very professional with a patient-centered demeanor. She was careful to insure my comfort and explained what she was doing during the procedure. She made a follow up call to make sure I was having a smooth post op recovery.

UPDATE: After many months I was presented with a significant bill. Apparently Anne is out of network, and they did not let me know when I showed my insurance cards, but instead just let me sign the usual papers that make me responsible financially. This practice needs to stop. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dr. Zhuang is efficient and thorough. She took the time to answer my many, many questions, patiently and with a smile, before, during and after the surgery.

Had my first ever Mohs surgery this week performed by Dr Zhuang. She is an excellent communicator, explained the procedure in detail and what to expect as the outcome. Now, 2 days following surgery, I have not experienced any discomfort, the area appears to be healing nicely and I'm expecting little if any scarring. Highly recommend Dr. Zhuang to anyone considering the Mohs procedure!

In an out in an hour. Just had Mohs done on my face 3 days ago but healing up nicely. Virtually pain free! We had a very pleasant conversation during the surgery.
