Horrible experience. I purchased 6 sessions of laser hair removal. Received one session and then got a text message that my appointment was changed to a day I did not agree to because of my work schedule. They only had a nurse on Fridays during normal work hours that can do laser hair removal which I did not agree to when I first purchased. It is now a year later and the owner promised she would give me a refund and I have yet to receive it. There was such a lack of communication after purchasing package which is extremely disappointing.

I purchased a 6-session IPL treatment for $700 to address pigmentation issues. Unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. After each session, I experienced burns they start like itchy hives then turn into darker scars. The technician assured me these reactions were normal and part of the skin's healing process, but my dermatologist disagreed.Now, instead of the desired results, I am left with darker scars between my thighs. My doctor has told me it will take at least 6 months for them to fade using tons of creams for healing. It's frustrating to have spent so much money only to make my skin condition worse, and now I have to spend more on healing treatments. and to be fair I did like the Dysport treatment for my smile. However, I do not recommend their IPL treatment for hyperpigmentation. And btw, I used an IPL machine at home for hair removal a few months before starting these sessions and never experienced burns so my skin isn't prone to burns.When I called today to cancel my remaining appointment and voiced my dissatisfaction, the staff member simply said "OK" and hung up on me. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing.

If you are contemplating fillers or Botox you will love the outcome of Janelle’s work!!! I’ve had fillers before however was not completely satisfied so when I saw her work I decided to make an appointment. I received the type of service that I had never received in the past! She took the time to have an in depth consultation, listened , explained everything. Her technique’s are amazing which made such a difference in the outcome of my lips and other areas of my face that I was amazed!! Professional , Practices Hygiene, Truly an Expert at her craft! I would not hesitate for a second, HIGHLY recommend!

Love love love this place…. So clean, and so professional…. Kara is amazing at what she does… she’s been doing my lashes for four years now and I wouldn’t let anyone else ever touch them again… always last and always looks so amazing…. Also used Janelle as well for Botox and she is amazing at what she does….both girls are great at what they do…. Highly recommend both of them….

I have been getting botox and fillers for close to 8yrs & I have never had a more knowledgeable & better injector than Antonella at Cosmosis / Lux Beauty. Incredible results. She doesn't overdo it. She makes you just look fresh and "wrinkle free" (my presence). She does a fantastic job on my masseters, lower jawline, and upper neck injections to achieve jaw slimming & a neck lift. The "Tinkerbell" touch up is a game changer. Lastly, she is a "rockstar" at combining just right amount of filler & Botox to treat under-eye bags. I had the best experience with them for hair PRP treatment. I went to another clinic, and they charged me much more for the same procedure. The girl who works in this clinic is sweet and very professional. She listens to you and explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and good. Highly recommended!

Kara is literally the best at what she does! I got the powder brows and the sanitation, process and after care instructions were all well explained. She’s very knowledgeable and friendly! Everything was great and my brows came out perfect!
