The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Gomez is personable and very knowledgeable. She offers good advice and explains your treatment options. My situation required surgery and it was well performed, and I have virtually no noticeable scar.

She’s a very nice and caring person. I love her. I can make her laugh, which is makes it great in the room. She’s just too too nice. And she does very well work I’m very very happy with what she does to me. Very clean!!!!!

Dr. Marina Mikhail was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and has great bedside manner. The office and staff are impeccable. For my first time visiting this office, I was very impressed. There was little to no wait time and the doctor really took her time to listen to my concerns, answer any questions I had and create a care plan just right for me. 10 out of 10!

Marina Mikhail, APN is very nice yet professional. She is very knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner" and put my mind at ease. The other staff members I dealt were also very pleasant.

Yaritza Serrano-Gomez was great!!! Extremely thorough and took her time examining me. The staff members are courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this office.

BEFORE YOU SPEND MONEY HERE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS ABOUT MONEY ISSUES AND RUN. Then look at alllllll the new great reviews they have and ask why these went up recently when I originally posted about this place withholding money THEY LEGALLY OWE ME. HMMMMMM? THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. THEY ALSO HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS REVIEW OF AN F FOR FAILURE TO RESOLVE ISSUES. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY - IF THEY OWE YOU, THEY WILL NEVER RETURN IT. You will NEVER BE LUT THROUGH TO BILLING UNLESS THEY WANT MONEY FROM YOU. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM POSTING THIS. Last May 2025 they took over for JUVA SKIN. I was owed a large balance. The billing dept confirmed this AS DID THE EMPLOYEE THEY TOOK FROM JUVA SEVEN WEEKS AGO. I was told to email. No response. I tried now to call 32 times since MAY of 2025. Their reception refuses to transfer you. Their manager refuses to call me back. I have left 32 messages now - 11 more since my original review posted 2 months ago after they told me I was getting my money back ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL LIES . It’s HALF MY MORTGAGE THAT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BACK EVEN AFTER I WAS TOLD IN EARLY NOVEMBER BY JULISSA THAT THEIR CEO IS AWARE OF THIS. I WAS PROMISED A CHECK IN A WEEK ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS NOW. I GUESS I WILL NEED TO GO GET A LAWYER. THIS IS INCREDIBLY STRESSFUL AND IM MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY SICK OVER THEM KEEPING MY MONEY LIKE CRIMINALS. IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE - DO NOT PREPAY THEM FOR ANY SERVICES. THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO MAKE YOU NOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE. I WAS TOLD ID HAVE A CHECK TWO MONTHS AGO AND NOW IM BACK TO TELLING PEOPLE THAT THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST AND MISLEADING COMPANY. HOW MUCH DOES A DERMATOLOGIST CHARGE???? And how much must a "group practice make"? Millions yet - They make at least half are refusing to give me money I paid for services that WERE NEVER RENDERED - that they LEGALLY AGREED TO DO PER THEIR CONTRACT WITH DR BRUCE KATZ. BUT NO THIS PLACE WILL OBVIOUSLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEY KEEP IT NO MATTER WHAT. MEANS THEYRE IN BAD SHAPE TO WITHHOLD MONEY LIKE THIS WHEN THEY HAD RECORDS OF EXACTLY THE AMOUNT OWED ME SINCE LAST APRIL BEFORE THEY TOOK THIS OVER. ID LIKE TO SAY ANYTHING GOOD BUT I CANT NOW. EVEN THE OLD JUVA PERSON CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE. IVE TRIED TIL IM A FOOL NOW. THIS PLACE IS A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. NEVER PREPAY THEM FOR SPECIALS. YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY. How I WISH they would do the right thing and I could change this review to "they did the right thing" FOR ME But when you see them ask questions here likes it’s a two way communication method YOU KNOW WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO. I will also be seeking legal options for the strain this has put on me and my family. IM LEGALLY DISABLED I NEED MY MONEY. I WOULD GLADLY ACCEPT MY MONEY AND AN APOLOGY AND GLADLY CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THEM BUT THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME.
