A Harmony Nail Spa & Salon

After scheduling this place months in advance from my vacation and being excited to get in some relaxation and getting my very first pedicure ever, it has turned into a fungus nightmare, that i will spend the next 48 weeks putting medication on the TWO toenails that got the fungus. On two lesser complaints, I was also supposed to get a massage, but the masseuse didn’t show up for work that day. Plus $163 for a gel mani pedi a heel scraping and some oils that they pushed till I said ok. That’s not what their website prices are. The only response I’ve gotten from the owner regarding this serious issue is deflection and victim blaming. This is appalling. Especially since I have all receipts such as doctor evaluation, time stamped pictures of the before and after and many witnesses that know this was my first time for a a pedi, people that witnessed me taking off the polish and seen the fungus. Still no recompense for the over priced service that I ended up with a toe fungus from. All I get is reflection back on myself about everything from my shoes, (which every girl knows is sandals so you can show off your toes) to hotel bedding or showers. Who uses any foreign shower without shower shoes? Or who uses the bedding in a hotel room? Not me. By the time this heals, I will have spent every day putting medication on my toes, 48 weeks worth, I will need 8 bottles of medication with a cost of over $150 a bottle, I will also not be able to have any future feet services till this heals. This is unacceptable. I will never come back to this business. First picture you can clearly see the nail on the second toe is cut back too far. Second picture is after polish was removed on the second toe on left foot and fungus was discovered. Third picture is same but on big toe on right foot. I left some of the polish on so you can see clearly it’s the same polish which indicates I didn’t get another pedi after the first with them. Just another of the many statements of deflection I’ve seen. BBB and the health board should be contacted. As always, Paula, victimize and deflect. I can tell you I know for a positive fact the tech did not sanitize anything for twenty minutes. She was in a hurry, set up partially and brought me back. I never seen her do any sanitizing of anything and thank God i threw away the nail care kit right after I left the business. Why would a tech continuously tell me the sanitation practices of the business? That seemed a bit off. Another awkward bunch of moments is when your hair tech couldn’t quit touching me and trying to sell me her services. Lots of things went on in the video you "reviewed" that you fail to mention, but I won’t fail to mention all of my concerns, issues, and more until I’m given recompense for the damage to my health that your business caused me. Like I told you before I’m not gonna just go away.

Went here for an amazing SPA day! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They got my husband and I in for 2 deep tissue massages, Daphne redid my TERRIBLE acrylics to these beautiful ones! They are reasonably priced, energetic, and just an overall great location! Next time I come to Vegas this is my first stop!!

My best friend and I had the most absolute best day at this spa. It was our first experience at a spa. Sam and I have been to many salons, never really up to our standards. We for have found our forever spa! We received the massage, facial, foot detox, pedi, and full both is hand painted designs. 100% highly recommended all of it! The entire experience was absolutely amazing. The staff is absolutely wonderful.

Definitely a HIDDEN Gem around the Vegas area. I am SO glad we found this place. This spa truly cares about your overall well-being & we felt it the second we walked in. I got a hard gel manicure & pedicures for two! Will come here again if I'm ever in the area!

This was my 1st visit to A Harmony Nail Spa and I was pleasantly surprised nail techs looked like me, I know it shouldn't matter but it does. My technician was Ambria and she was great, my water temp was perfect, she was very accommodating and the conversation was nice. I got the Mojito Mani Pedi that I got off of Groupon and it was a great value for what I paid, however it's a little pricey without it. I was offered a warm or cold neck wrap and I received a complimentary 10 min back massage and they have a nice selection of complimentary drinks as well. They're a Full service spa and they seemed to get pretty busy, I was glad I got there when I did but the staff was very professional and and greeted and addressed everyone that came in without making me feel neglected. My suggestion schedule an appointment!!!

My dad purchased a "Day at the Spa" package for my mom and I as a gift for her birthday and we spent most of our day here. Walking up, we saw a cute little outside seating area surrounded by a little picket fence. The salon inside was quite unique and different in a great way! We were offered a variety of snacks and drinks while we completed the forms for our massages. I decided to try the citrus mint water which was delicious and refreshing! The massage and facial were amazing and Manny and Rosa were fantastic!! Following with a great manicure and pedicure then makeup! They truly offered everything here. Lastly, we were given a nice gift bag that contained items they offer for purchase at the salon (candles, soaps, incense, etc.). It was a wonderful experience and I plan on returning to check it out when they finish their expansion! The only thing that could’ve made it better is if they offered mimosas!! 🥂
