Fine from a medical perspective but very unorganized and no sense of schedule or time management. Appointment times are completely useless as you will wait in the over crowded lobby for more than an hour past your appointment time.

Went there in 2024. Dr. Ali prescribed me some creams, it was moderately helpful. I showed him some moles I have, he applied a careless zap of liquid nitrogen (and charged me $153 for it). The medication prescribed was very harsh and I struggled to use it. The liquid nitrogen didn't do anything. They charged me $197 for the consultation and an additional $153 for the nitrogen. I felt scammed to be honest. Wouldn't recommend going here.

The doctors are very nice! But the billing lady is a total Karen. If you ask her a question that she’s getting paid for, first, you’ll hear her sigh and whine about it. Her job is to educate patients and make an effort to answer any concerns a patient may have, not just end the call abruptly in a rude manner. I hope they pay attention to this because if you don't like working with people, maybe find a better job that suits your interests. That's why the place has such bad reviews not because of the services or doctors but because of the problematic attitude of people behind the screens. Front desk ladies were good and welcoming. Overall, if you can get through the administrative side of it, specifically billing Karen, the doctors and MA are super nice and friendly.

This place is a nightmare. The front office might seem decent, but the filth behind the scenes is horrifying. The bathroom was so dirty I genuinely debated leaving before my appointment. I’m talking overflowing trash, toilet paper everywhere, and a smell like it hadn’t been cleaned in days—if not weeks. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a medical facility in my life. The staff looked overworked and miserable. I overheard one of them being berated by a manager for no reason. It made me seriously question how this place is being run. If this is how they treat their team, I don’t want to know how seriously they take patient care. There’s clearly zero accountability or professionalism here. Skip this place if you care about cleanliness, respect, or your health. You’re better off literally anywhere else.

The smell of the office will surely hit you first. It's a mix of filth, cat urine and neglect. I was immediately brought to a room, which was jam packed with old, discarded boxes. The doctor, who was over an hour late because he was 'at lunch' waltzed in, spent less than 2 minutes with me, was rude as hell. The experience was laughable. The nurse who i spoke with, however, was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant why she works there is beyond me

This office is a disaster from the moment you walk in. I waited three full weeks just to get my own medical records—and every time I called, I got the runaround from front desk staff who could barely speak English and had no clue what they were doing. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. The women at the front desk looked like they just rolled out of bed—literally wearing rollers in their hair, long nails, chewing gum, and gossiping like it was a beauty shop. Not a healthcare facility. Zero sense of urgency, zero respect for patients’ time. It’s clear that most of the people working here are undertrained, undereducated, and in way over their heads. If this office is supposed to make you feel taken care of, they’ve failed on every front. The energy is tacky and chaotic. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust your health—or your time—with this place.

I absolutely love the Doctor and his staff. They are very caring and attentive to their patients. He have experience with African American skin. My teenage son have extremely bad case of acne on his face, back and chest. We seen results just days after using the med that he prescribed him. Keep up the amazing work and God Bless 🙏💖
