This was the greatest experience. We ran in to find what we needed real quick. Every single worker we passed said hello, hi or are you finding everything alright. Super helpful. And this store has everything. We made it to the cash register, we thought this item was on sale it was not, but she instantly called her manager to check and make sure. Got an answer right away, no running to find the manager, or saying they weren’t there. So impressed with this service.

Went looking for Archie brand flip flops. None on display. Laura went in stockroom found them in my size. Brought out various colors. I explained I have neuropathy and she suggested alpaca socks. OMG who would have thought how they help and are so soft. Thanks Laura Moon 5 stars to you! 🎉

Scheels gained two lifelong bow customers and possibly a future Scheels employee in a few years. My 12‑year‑old son was searching for his very first bow, something Santa could bring him. On a previous visit, we had walked through the store and let him handle a few bows, encouraging him to do some research before coming back with questions. He eventually picked out a Mission bow by Matthews, and that’s when Justin stepped in to help. Justin immediately walked us through the different options, explaining the pros and cons of each. Before long, he had my son shooting a compound bow for the very first time. Justin connected with my son in a way that made him feel completely comfortable trying something new. He offered tips, patiently worked with him for an extended period, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured to buy. What started as a simple trip to ask, "Is this a good bow, or should we consider other options?" turned into an unforgettable evening, my son’s first compound bow experience, his first time shooting, and certainly not our last visit to the archery shop. Thank you, Justin. I’ll definitely be back when it’s my turn for first‑time bow shopping. On the way home, my son even said, "I want to work at Scheels when I’m older."

Great customer, we were greeted at the entrance, and multiple employees asked for assistance. Upper management just seems to walk past many customers. Lots of fun shopping here. They have a little shooting game area, great for all ages.

Stopped in to buy some 4# hand weights. Easy to find, large selection of hand weights. The store was very crowded so a little hard to maneuver through some of the aisles. Areas could be marked better. Prices were competitive to what I had found elsewhere. All in all tho a good shopping experience.

Hands down the best sporting goods store in the world. When my dad passed away, they treated us with the utmost respect as they evaluated his gun collection and offered a very fair price. I Point back to their company's Christian values and roots for the way they operate, and sure wish other businesses would follow their lead. They have earned my respect, and I hope you'll give them your business

Came here to buy boat electronics but had a thousand questions on it first. Josiah did an awesome job answering every one and set me up with exactly what I wanted. Really enjoyed working with Josiah!
