Hot Topic

I had a great experience shopping here. Alyssa was extremely helpful and patient with the dressing room and making recommendations! I found a lot of fun stuff with their help. Ty was also very fun to chat with and got me a good deal on some clearance! 10/5 🤩

The girl with the gages was a huge help. Actually the all were great. But she answered all my questions and helped me chose what I need to get started. They were super busy and were very courteous. Thank you!!!

I BEEN being here and ive never not been here in the here of all. Alissa is great they deserve a raise and a million dollars. love yall. peace. .😛✌️

The layout of this store makes no sense. Trying to form a line to check out is impossible, seeing as how they have display stands barely 3ft away from where you stand at the register. So you get in what you think is the line and person after person will cut in front of you becuase they're totally oblivious and cannot be bothered with simply asking "is this the line?". Store is way too small. Always jam packed, you can't even move around inside the store barely let alone check out. The workers do nothing to remedy any of this. Might as well order online. Better than going to the store by far.

Super aggressive and rude cashier. They're supposed to ask for phone # three times. I declined repeatedly and he told me not to cut him off and got extremely aggressive with me. Uncomfortable.

Stopped in to pick up a Hot Topic only Diablo IV Funko Pop figure.. Greeted at the door, found what we were looking for.. Got to the register and the gentleman that was ringing is out was super cool. Asked if I wanted to get another on for 30% off.. I declined Then my wife asked if they had any Ted Lasso stuff.. They did.. Ended up using that 30% off.. Great place, friendly and helpful staff.. Overall a great experience!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also had a clean well stocked store lots of really cool items. I scored an amazing deal on clearance and got a free item due to there awesome sale.
