What a horrible place. I was lied to, in order for them to save work because they are short staffed. They texted me that they tried to call me and that I had no voice mail available. My phone shows no incoming calls at all. I checked and my voice mail had only 3 saved messages and plenty of room for more. The text said they rescheduled my appointment because their doctor was no longer available on Wednesday afternoons. I'm 75 minutes away from them and I can't have places automatically rescheduling me at their convenience without at least asking me first. I called back and was rudely placed on hold 3 times. I was disconnected after 21 minutes on hold the 1st time. Most places ask you to be put on hold first. After wasting an hour, I had to call again and this time my yelling to her say "do not put me on hold". I asked for the manager and as expected was not there today. She refused to give me her name. She said they are very short staffed for the excuse of being rude. I canceled the unauthorized appointment and all future appointments with this company. I will never go back there again. I would rather drive 4 hours to Phoenix than deal with this unprofessional behavior. Sending me a text of lies with a rescheduled appointment was more convenient for them than to actually make the call and find an appointment date that would have worked for the both of us. Also Dr. Grey's diagnosis was wrong and the treatment she gave didn't help because of this. This is the only place in Flagstaff so they can hire the worst staff and doctors. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the valley and see a good doctor. I'm a retired medical provider and I will remind folks that the medical students that barely pass their exams are still called doctor. Always check these reviews before seeing any medical provider.

Called and had to listen to a lengthy and SLOW recording before getting to the scheduling option. When I received live receptionist, I was immediately put on "hold" without a greeting. After 10 minutes on hold without any update, I hung up. I figured it was a busy time of the day. I called back later that day. Same thing happened. So I called again, a third time and left a voice message with the scheduling department to return my call but waited three days still no return phone call. Then I had a déjàvu moment and I recall about a year ago, I had a similar situation and as I think of it, the doctor entered the room, he was there maybe five minutes and there were several other spots on my skin that were not cancer but I requested the dermatologist look at them And I asked what they were and if they could be treated. the dermatologist did not have any answers or solution. My time is valuable and this office is convenient in Flagstaff but now I’m driving further away but found a great dermatologist office. I Remind myself, For any college graduate, to get a degree in anything in the United States they only need 70% to pass, that means 30% of the time they’re going to fail be wrong. YIKES!!! Thanks to AI this last year, I thoroughly research just about everything I do before I go to a so-called professional.

This was a horribly uninviting place. I called the day before to confirm the price I was quoted would be $74 and they said over the phone it would ONLY BE $74. When I arrived at the location, the assistant was very sweet and took be back for my VERY BRIEF 5 minute appointment with THE DOCTOR, who I then ASKED SPECIFICALLY about the $74 price, to which she agreed sounded reasonable. When I began checking out, the nasty billing attendant informed me it was going to be $110 dollars for a tier 2 visit, when in this case my visit was DEFINITELY not tier 2. I asked for an explanation between Tier's 1 and 2, to which she rudely described MY EXACT APPOINTMENT as being Tier 1. She then went to confirm with the doctor and returned with the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She proceeded to say in a horrible tone multiple times - "This will be the only time we do this. EVERY VISIT AFTER THIS WILL BE $110. THIS WILL BE AN EXCEPTION." At which point, I finally got checked out. All in all, the billing department either misquoted me, or does not know the difference between a tier 1 and 2 appointment. How difficult is the process of telling customers what they are going to pay before the service is completed? I wish I could tell her that there will be no return visits from anyone I know. I encourage you to stay away as well.

My Doctor Laurel Gray is the best. Took great care of me. Dr. Laurel took the time to explain exactly what was happening. Her assistant Johan great Dude. Yes I was on edge but between them I felt in good hands. And they got all it

The front office attendants were very kind and warm. The lady that took us back was very kind. Our appointment was with Dr.Grey. Dr. Grey walked in with lots of energy. She took a one second look at my wife’s cyst and said "yeah I don’t know what that is and I can’t do anything about it." I do not exaggerate about how fast her look at the cyst was. She said it could be one of three things. She only described two of the things and we confirmed based off of her description and our experience that it was probably an epidermal inclusion cyst. She basically told us she could not drain it and that it was just going to be there forever. I asked multiple ways about how to care for my wife’s discomfort with it. The only option she gave us was an injection that she could not confirm or deny it would cause relief. She was dismissive and told us ok great bye and walked out. I was in complete disbelief. One thousand percent the cyst can be drained, cleaned, and removed. Also, there are a few remedies that are known to help prevent further infection and reduce the swelling or irritation. Upon further conversation with family, another Dr with this practice did the exact same thing but also body shamed during their appointment. We will not be returning to this practice and we will be telling anyone around us to steer clear as well.

Dr. Dale needs a reality check. He’s there to serve patients, not belittle them and be degrading. Only a small and insecure person treats others that way. Leave your personal issues at the door and do your job with a smile on your face. Been a patient here for the last 3 years and can happily say I will never be back. Take my advice, see anyone but this pathetic man.

I’ve been going to Dr.kelly for a handful of months for a wart on my foot. We’re at the point where my wart is starting to spread and not much progress is being made. I was giving the option to have an injection (which will most definitely hurt) however, I asked my dermatologist if there was anything she could offer to relieve the pain. She gave me no options, I called another dermatologist to see if they would offer other options and they did! Topical cream (for numbing) which is what I originally asked for. Small shot of lidocaine Cold spray before the injection There are many other options and instead of working with me she denied all options. I’m pretty frustrated and disappointed in this clinic. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the majority of 2025 and I would not recommend.
