They take ACHCCS Mercy Care. At this moment, they are the only ones in Flagstaff who take this. Do make sure your referral is there. Ours was delayed and we had to postpone the appointment. The doctor was great with a teenager. Front desk was very helpful. Their system was having issues but she got it to come back up. Our appt took a little longer as a result but they did give us the option of a work around if we didn't have time. Overall, awesome experience for a place that I heard about only because they send a flyer in the mail.

I was very impressed by the staff. I had previously been a patient of the sister practice in Santa Clairita Valley in Los Angeles and the Flagstaff practice is to be highly recommended as well. Dani Kellar is very knowledgeable and pleasant, definitely a high recommendation.

Great experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the staff was friendly, and everything was handled electronically which made paperwork fast and simple. The dermatologist was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain things clearly. Highly recommend.
