I went Dr Marcincin for over 20 years. I miss him terribly. He always treated me more than fair when I went to him. He also took care of my husband. Nice guy. He would talk, make jokes and we were very comfortable going there. He is greatly missed by us. The new doctor is a jerk. No personality and horrible. My husband went once and they were supposed to get back to us about a procedure to see if insurance would cover it, they never did. Creep!!!

I would never use Paul Marcincin for a dermatologist again. I went to his office 2 years ago to get a discolored scar removed. Due to the nature of the treatment Dr. Marcincin told me it may not all go away but I could come back and he would retreat the area. I asked him what that would cost me and he told me it would only cost me my co-pay. I did go back a few weeks later for an additional treatment. It has now been 2 years since the additional treatment and I am just now getting bills for money I supposedly owe for it, despite paying my co-pay at the time of my appointment 2 years ago. When I called to ask why I was receiving this, the billing representative was extremely rude. She told me what they were billing me was part of my deductible that my insurance wouldn’t cover and that it is solely the responsibility of the customer to know what part of your service is considered part of your deductible. If this is the case, Dr. Marcincin should not be discussing price of service with anyone if he cannot honor his word. I also find suspicious the amount of time (2 years) that has gone by before making these charges for my service. All this, and the scar is still there!

I'm not sure who Dr. Marcincin has working for him. Bobbi which is the billing person is very rude her customer service skills is very horrible because of her rudeness I want to find another practice to go to. I called the office on July 10 and July 19th for a refill that never got sent over to my pharmacy.When I called the office Bobbi answer the phone with a attitude,Bobbi couldn't help me or assist me with anything the only thing she kept saying is that she is just the billing person, she kept yelling through the phone while stating that she is going to dismissed my phone call and that there is nothing she can do. Bobbi continue yelling through the phone stating that the doctor almost died and how she could of just let the phone rung instead of picking up any calls. Next thing I know Bobbi hangs up on me. Message: Bobbi in the billing department shouldn't even be there as a employee she is rude very heartless and her customer service skills is horrible. It's very sad that Dr.Marcincin have such a horrible employee working there for him. Ps: Dr.Marcincin is a great doctor, however his staff members that he has there will make any patient such as myself transfer to another practice.

I was going to be a new patient and went to the Bethlehem office for the first time today. The receptionist was rude from the beginning. As I was filling out paperwork, she asked what pharmacy I would be using. I told her that it was Rite Aid in Bethlehem but that I didn't know the street because I've used it once. She gave me an attitude and laughed about me not knowing with her co-worker (also rude). I called her out on her attitude and she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. She then told me that I need a referral after already making the appointment a week prior. The receptionist there also wrote down the wrong insurance when I provided that to them last week. I will NOT be going back there ever again and this practice should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldn't trust them to handle paperwork let alone someone's body.

I will deeply miss Dr. Marcincin, he was a special doctor who actually helped his patients, I kept going to him because he would help me. I’m sad he is retired. He’s such a great man and doctor. Other doctors just take your co pay and do nothing for you, I hope Dr. Marcincin is well and I’m very glad he was there for me to treat me all those years...bless him🙏🏻😊

Been seeing the doctor for about a decade for skin checks. Always competent and entertaining. But, he needs a better office. Only there for a heartbeat, so who cares. He deserves better!

Dr Marcincinbi is the best ! How he makes a diagnosis on the strangest skin problems boggles the mind.
