I have been pleased with Dr Z and his office team. My new patient experience was positive.

Over the years, I have been seen by multiple dermatologists and Dr. Zaladonis is hands down the very best. He is very personable, knowledgeable and treats you as a person, not just another patient. It may take some time to see him as a new patient, but is absolutely worth the wait. His staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful in my scheduling needs. The nurses are compassionate, understanding and honestly some of the best I’ve ever encountered. They find a way to connect with you and make the visit enjoyable instead of stressful. I always look forward to my appointments with Dr. Zaladonis and highly recommend him. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Initially called and was given an appointment for June as a new patient - which is completely normal and to be expected. However, my issue was bothering me, and I needed to see a dermatologist specifically, and waiting this long was not feasible. When I called to inquire about the possibility of an earlier appointment given my specific issue, the front office staff took an interest in learning more about my issue. Immediately, they accommodated an appointment for the following day. Despite being a new patient, I was treated with the utmost of respect and professionalism upon my arrival. And although the office was busy, the timing was incredibly prompt. Dr. Zaladonis and Tina were very approachable and took great care of me while I was being seen. Upon a follow-up appointment, for which I was seen precisely on-time, I was treated with the same level of regard by Dr. Zaladonis and his staff. In my honest opinion, medical professionalism is a paramount priority at this practice. This is coupled with a high standard for customer service as well. My thanks to Dr. Zaladonis and his entire staff as they genuinely seem to care about their work and the patients of their practice. In my couple of visits here, I would say they are the 'gold standard' for how a patient should be handled in a medical office. Keep up the great work!

I have been seeing Dr Marie Helmold for decades. When she changed practices, I changed to keep her as my dermatologist. She has always been kind and caring, listening to my concerns. I have always been impressed by her knowledge and skill to help resolve whatever issue my skin decides to have. I won’t go anyone else. Thanks Dr Helmold for all you have done for me.

My appointments at Dr. Zaladonis' office are always a pleasant and positive experience. The office staff are friendly and efficient, I have never waited for an extended period of time, but rather, been brought right in and seen by the Doctor! Everyone is professional as well as knowledgeable and you get the feeling that everyone really enjoys their job there. This is one Dr's. office you will never have to "dread" going to.

The Front Desk to the Nurses to the Doctors at Dr. Zaladonis office are wonderful. The women at the Front Desk were so friendly and helpful. They were the start to my positive experience, check in and check out were quick and they were very personable the whole time. While in the doctors room the wait was minimal and the nurse and doctor were so nice and helped me relax while completing my procedure. 10/10 recommend this office.

I was referred to Dr Veronica Rutt when three spots were detected as skin cancer. I will be the first one to admit that the whole experience was a little scary. I was immediately put at ease from the first time I spoke with Dr Rutt. She performed a couple miracles with the Mohs surgery. I can not express my gratitude enough. She did a fantastic job. Veronica and her staff were wonderful. Tina and the rest of the girls were great and couldn’t have done anything more then they did to make me more comfortable. I absolutely loved the banter back and forth amongst Dr Rutt and her girls during all my visits. Thank you all for everything you do! You guys are great!
