I recently visited Pinnacle Dermatology for an appointment, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and got me checked in quickly. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called back. I was taken to my room by a medical assistant named Maddie, who was absolutely fantastic. She took her time gathering my medical history and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her friendly and calming demeanor really put me at ease! Then came Dr. Daugherty, who was just awesome. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my visit and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and knows his stuff! He is truly a doctor, I have total confidence in. The office itself was spotless and well-organized, which added to the overall positive vibe. I left feeling like I had received the best care possible. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology if you're looking for a great dermatologist. My wife will be making an appointment there later this week for her first visit.

It was my first time there. From the time I entered the office, I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Everyone from the receptionist, dermatologist aide, dermatologist themselves was amazing. I loved that the dermatologist I saw, was not sure how to proceed, and instead of acting like she knew what was best, she advised she wanted to consult her Boss to make sure I get the best care. WHAT!!!! I loved that and appreciated that sooo much! She then advised because this was not her expertise, I will see her Boss going forward for my next visit. Amazing place 10 out of 10 for me!😊

Front office staff was very welcoming and efficient. Very nice and professional atmosphere. Provider communicated and allowed sufficient time to address my concerns. Would definitely visit this office again.

I never ever write reviews, but Dr. Peter Ret deserves it. This was the best patient experience I’ve ever had. The office is very clean and all the staff are so kind. Dr Ret was extremely welcoming and made sure to address all my concerns and explained every medication in detail with much attention to detail. If you need a new dermatologist see him!!

Dr. Annie and their team are outstanding! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Annie took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. I also appreciate how easy it is to book appointments and receive follow-ups. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, professional care.

My husband and I were in the area for an entirely different purpose and as we were driving through the parking lot, I said, "Wait, let me read the signs here. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a dermatologist in this complex?" Amazingly, there was! I consider this an Act of God. The next day I had an appointment with Annie Mulvaney - PA-C. I brought a book with me along with some other things to do, anticipating a wait. Right on time they brought me back and started the process. Annie was thorough, which is so important with cancer screening. She even suggested I take my hair out of my braid, so she could make sure my scalp was clear - a first for me! She answered my questions, without making me feel rushed and made some suggestions that were helpful. All in all it was a pleasant visit. Nice to have a dermatologist close to home but even nicer to know I’m in good hands!

After difficulty getting an appointment with others I was able to get in to see one of the professionals at Pinnacle Dermatology. The check in went smoothly and I was seen immediately by one of the professionals. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made a plan to solve it. I was very impressed and highly recommend Pinnacle!
