I have heard many things about Elaine Cook and I have plaque psoriasis very bad when I was 5 years old they covered my entire body . Even inside my ears my parents took me to a er in Houston to clean them out . It was wonderful I could finally hear for the first time in forever. Any who I need a great dr. My face needs lots of love . I just had shingles after taking the shingles shot now have a couple small scars ,I have been putting vitamin e capsules on my face and Vaseline. Vaseline in my life saver .my case was so severe that I had to go to Houston to be treated and examined I was kinda like a let's try this or that girl very scary at 5 years old .Please take my insurance, I use united health care dual complete/HMO- Wellpoint. Please help me. Ty

Dr. Elaine is the best of the best! She took a comprehensive review of my skin and guided me to products that have helped improve my skin clarity and quality! I've been using her Clear Skin Lotion for 6mo and have seen dramatic improvement in my pigment and tone. Elaine is incredibly insensitive and horrible "bedside manner" she is rude and kinda plain mean. She took a sample of skin to diagnose rosacea. I have a few acne scars so she said that this one more scar won’t make a difference and went on to make the worst scar in the middle of my forehead and had no compassion or feelings as a woman much less a human than you would expect. I see her as someone that doesn’t care about individual patients she is just looking for the ability of pushing people through to make money.

I would give More stars if they were available for sure! I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Elaine and her staff! I felt like I was part of a family from the moment I made my appointment! When I left after my treatment today I felt even better about my decision in choosing Dr. Elaine Cook’s services! Everything in between was Icing on the cake! Beautiful treatment results! The best!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! This staff is so kind & helpful & the products are AMAZING. When I first started coming, I had an intense flare up of hormonal acne all over my face, but I have seen such incredible results through the guidance of the team at Dr. Elaine’s! I am so grateful! I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with acne; this was a game changer for me!

What one looks for in a physician is competence and good bedside manner, and in staff it is friendliness and care. I experienced all of the above during my visit to Dr. Elaine's office today. What I also experienced is the truth, and that is invaluable. Many doctors tell you what they think you want to hear, which often results in disappointment. The truth is so much better! I have been seeing Dr Elaine for over 17 years and have consistently received exceptional care. When my previous dermatologist did not do anything about a spot I had been complaining about, Dr Elaine recognized the spot as needing a specialist’s care, and it turned out to be basal cell cancer and I needed the MOHS surgery. Needless to say, I stopped seeing my previous doc. I use her skin products and I receive comments from others on how great my skin looks and how young I look.
