Horrible bedside manner and doesn’t listen to you at all. Cares more about getting people out quickly, than preventative care.

My visits have always been pleasant and swift. Other than a 15 minute wait in the waiting room, I have no other negative feedback. Dr. Miller is concise without being dismissive. The support staff is always very friendly. Many doctors offices tend to make me feel, in some sort of way, that I'm doing something wrong, be it billing, or nursing staff, but I've always felt respected here.

Dr. Miller is a great dermatologist! I was a sun worshiper as a teenager and paying the price today, with damaged skin! Recently, I went for my regular checkup; he found a dark looking mole. He did a biopsy and then followed up with surgery to remove this pre-cancerous area! He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to your questions! He is entertaining with his quick wit and pleasant matter! He is attentive and caring! He will explain required procedures and answer your questions! I have read some other reviews that were not favorable toward him, I find them hard to believe and feel that some of them—just did not ask questions or talk to him! Do not waste your time. I have worked in the medical field for over 14 years and never in my life have I heard a physician BELITTLE his patients. He was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Zero bedside manners and VERY arrogant. He made a statement saying "You’re smarter than I thought you were.", during my visit when talking about insurance covering the prescription prescribed. I am surprised he has not been AUDITED by the insurance companies. He is billing a new patient level 4, when NO HPI/ROS/physical exam was completed. His assessment/plan was one sentence to me, which included the name of medication and to apply it twice a day. He did not explain what my diagnosis was or what causes it or what can be done to help. 4-5 sentences where spoken to me in the 5 minutes he was in the room; he spoke more to his assistant. Again, DO NOT waste your time.

Absolutely one of the best professional offices I have to go to for my medical needs. You are not just another number, you are someone they makes you feel like they actually listen and care of your medical needs. Dr. Miller is amazing, he is very attentive to you and any questions you may have. He has a great staff that does an amazing job from the time they begin until you have checked out and are leaving.

I took my son to see Dr. Miller for a skin condition. He was dismissive, rude, arrogant and a total waste of time. But he did not spend more than a few minutes with us. I guess it is impressive that you can be that awful to people in such a short amount of time. I wonder how these people can sleep at night, treating people so terribly. The office staff and his nurse were also arrogant and cold. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere that cares about people and patients and save your time and money. I wish more people knew how bad this Dr and the office really was.

Staff were exceptional, assistants were very easy to deal with even when I inadvertently forgot to ask questions about some other spots I needed to have checked out, they got me back in quickly. Dr. Miller was himself, very personable and engaging as were his whole staff. So glad I have HPD as my dermatology personnel.
