I have been very satisfied with Dr. Chui. She doesn't mess around and gets to the diagnosis and treatment quickly which I appreciate. I have found her sympathetic to my concerns. Her staff has always been professional regarding my encounters with them.
I found Dr Chiu and her staff to be polite, helpful and informed.
I thought Laser Surgery was an option, but it is not. Cindy the Office Manager was clueless about treatment options for warts and would not let me speak with Doctor Chiu. What kind of doctor will not talk with patients about treatment options available? I will reluctantly take my 11 yr. old with stubborn plantar wart to seek shaving off of wart and/or cantharidin topical liquid treatment. Claudia, the Nurse called me back and discussed treatments available. She is the only reason I have a shred of confidence in this Dermatologist. Hoping for the best!
dr. chan was horrible too fast when entered the room and was in a rush to leave and staff was rude and rushed i dont even want to give a one star zero
