Went here for the first time last week and had a good experience! Parking was easy and convenient. The building is well signed so you know where to go! Restrooms were clean. The office is spacious and the desk staff was kind and made check in/out very easy. The doctor that assisted me for my various skin issues was super kind and explained everything to me very clearly, provided at home options/recommendations and some prescriptions to assist. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Will definitely return here for future Dermatology needs.

I had a deeply upsetting experience with this dermatologist office. I was quoted $185 for a procedure and booked at that price. I paid my deposit in good faith. Afterward, I received a call saying the quote was being taken back and that the procedure would now cost over $2,400! An increase of 1200%! This procedure is something I have wanted for decades. After years of emotional work and healing, I finally allowed myself to believe it was happening. Knowing it was scheduled gave me peace and closure I’ve waited nearly 40 years for. When the office reversed the price after booking and taking my deposit, it completely pulled the rug out from under me. The way this was handled caused real emotional harm. Mistakes happen, but refusing to honor their own quote or take responsibility showed a lack of care for the patient experience. This situation reopened trauma I had worked very hard to let go of. I’m devastated and disappointed by the lack of compassion and accountability. I cannot stress enough for you to go somewhere else! Do NOT to trust this office. A 1200% jump in price is inexcusable. Find somewhere that can offer actual care, compassion and honesty.

Had laser treatment with Katie! She is amazing- so thorough, very knowledgeable about realistic expectations and made me feel so comfortable throughout treatment! Had an amazing experience from time walked in! Girls at front desk so friendly and welcoming!! Would totally recommend!! Had a 10/10 experience from beginning to end!!!

I met with Dr. Tu about my dermatosis papulosa nigra. I was not happy with my facial appearance as these brown moles were increasing in both size and in number. He thoroughly explained the process of removing them. I had them removed about 5 days ago. The results are starting to show!!! Thank you Dr. Tu. I’m healing but so happy with the results I’m starting to see. I would highly recommend anyone experiencing this hereditary condition to see Dr. Tu!! He is Simply the Best!!!

I am very satisfied with my blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Young. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and I highly recommend. The outcome from the surgery was better than I expected. This is only two weeks after the surgery, and the results will become better over the next few months, but I am extremely pleased at this early date.
