The medical assistant Katie, was very nice and very concerned when giving me my shots preparing for surgery. Dr. Clark was thorough, communicative, and had a sense of humor. Everything was done in about an hour, the front receptionist was nice as well Only negative thing was that the clinic that referred me told me I'd have biopsy results before I left, having had other cancer before, waiting is the worst part Overall I rarely rate "5****". This was a good clinic and visit

It has taken me a year + to post this review. I made an Appt around the end of the first quarter of 2023. I waited over 3 months as a new patient and was referred by my GP. When I went to my 1st appt, I saw a PA, not the actual doctor. I didn't mind at first until I felt I was treated rudely by the assistant. I explained my problem, how long it'd been going on & my entire history for 8 months prior to my appointment. I asked a lot of questions, and it seemed to bother the assistant when I questioned her. She was very dismissive. So I asked to see the doctor after waiting over 3 months to get an appointment. The assistant seemed put off by that and didn't get any nicer. After the doctor reluctantly came in and examined me, I left without receiving any help or advice as to treatment options for my scalp. It's a nice facility, but it seems as though they're more into the "cosmetic" side of dermatology than they are actual patients who have a real skin problem. The office staff wasn't much help either when I called to get directions as my GPS wasn't working the day of my appointment. They couldn't give me the cross street their office was at and didn't know what side of the street they were on, i.e. North, South, etc. I had to find a different Dermatology Office/Doctor to get any help. And I did.

This place is awesome! All the staff couldn’t be better! I see Chasidy Marquis every time and she is the Best! Dr. Richard Hope has done a couple of surgeries on me and is great as well. All their staff from the front people to the assistants are the Best. Thank you for taking good care of me!

I don’t know who Chasity’s current nurse is, but she’s awful. I’ve always had a good experience here until today over the phone and have been seeing Chasity for years. I’ve referred a lot of people to her as well and am really disappointed in the way her nurse delivered a message to me today. I called the pharmacy for a tretinoin refill a week ago. Never had issues before and have been using that same cream for over 3 years. I hadn’t heard anything from them after a week so I called and was told by the nurse that she denied my refill because I haven’t been seen in over a year. I asked if there’s a way I can get a cuertousy refill for now, and I’ll schedule appointment because I never knew I was past due or that it was a requirement that I come in before getting a refill. First, she was extremely rude from the beginning but said she’d ask and that sometimes Chasity will allow that. I got a call back and she said Chasity said no, so they won’t do it.She wasn’t even nice about it. She didn’t even say I’m sorry you weren’t made aware but we’d be happy to get you in and get it taken care of as soon as possible. It was nothing like that. Just "she said no and we’re not doing it." I explained how frustrating that is that I got it filled a few months ago and no one told me that I needed to come in before getting it filled again. And she previously told me that Chasity will do that sometimes but now she’s telling me she won’t do it for me for a face lotion that I’ve used for over three years. Her response was "I’m sorry you didn’t understand." Lol, not a professional apology for the miscommunication when they last filled the prescription. It would have been the right thing to do to give me a call and let me know at that time, but they dropped the ball on that one and didn’t apologize for that. Never has that been communicated, and the girl is horribly rude- worst I’ve ever experienced when dealing with this office. Yes, I was upset with her and let her know that. I have a very overloaded work schedule along with a big family, and I could have better fit this in ahead of time had I been informed. Now I’m forced to wait until I eventually can fit in an appointment while I really need it. I’m really disappointed in the lack of communication from this office when it should have been communicated, being directly blamed for not "understanding" when it was their mistake, and for the very unprofessional treatment I got today. I will not be returning to this office nor recommend this place to anyone else going forward.

Front desk staff are extremely incompetent and need training. 2 times told the wrong location. And most recently given wrong day-time. Not even an I’m sorry… just a "the doctors in surgery and I’m showing another day for the appointment". Then told "Well, did you receive a text yesterday confirming the appointment?" When I expressed I was a little annoyed and to just cancel the appointment because I was done dealing with the front desk girl, the girl argues "it wasn’t me that scheduled the appointment". No, but it was your office. Apologize for the inconvenience and be nice, don’t argue and make it out to be the patients mistake. A shame because the derms are good but the front desk staff can’t seem to work multiple locations and have zero customer friendliness/service skills.

STOP canceling follow up appointments! I had the worst experience with this facility because on multiple occasions the dr would cancel last minute on my NECESSARY follow up with included a second round of treatment. So disappointed because I had to start a painful treatment from the beginning 3 times and still have my skin issues because they canceled. I never went back because I was not going to pay for treatment that the dr never finished. Do not go here if you want your time and health respected.

Chasidy is great. She explains everything clearly and takes her time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed and you can get an appointment with her very quickly. She is kind, courteous, and efficient. I would also suggest a visit to Laser Dynamics...Jen Ruddle will change your skin!
