Very disappointed in my appt. I was there for a complete check -up. They left me in my clothes, (no robe) Didn't put me on the table (left me in the chair) had me pull up my shirt and he "looked" at the places I was concerned about, IT'S MY BACK, I CAN'T SEE WHAT IN SHOULD OR SHOUDN'T BE CONCERNED ABOUT THAT'S WHY I'M HERE!!! He was there maybe 5 minutes and I got charged $70 copay, and they charged my insurance $211.I won't be back!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Jeff Brackeen for almost a year. The office is clean, organized and the staff is professional. Dr. Brackeen has taken the time to listen to my concerns, and doesn't make me feel rushed or that I'm bothering him. He is very knowledgeable, and I like that whenever I need a new treatment, he offers me different alternatives and explain what they are and/or do. I would also like to mention that Clay and Raquel are friendly and very professional. Haven't had any problem with scheduling appointments or getting my prescriptions.

I was looking for a dermatologist because mine retired. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Brackeen. His examinations are thorough, treatment options are explained in detail. Advice is given if requested which is very helpful when faced with multiple options. Dr. Brackeen is a skillful surgeon even impressing other physicians who viewed the healed area. The office is modern, professional and friendly. Since I have to travel from Roswell, NM, the scheduling staff is very helpful with my appointments.

Saw Dr. Brackeen today for the first time and was quite impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. I liked being given options for treatment and his thorough explanation of my condition. Great doctor!

Office was efficient, staff was friendly, and ambiance is nice. Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. Listen to GPS directions as parking is around back (where you'll first want to park is actually the backside of the building).

Dr Jeff Brackeen always takes time for his patients. Explains and spends time with you.

Best doc ever! Explained every option to treat my skin condition thoroughly. Highly recommended!!!
