Google removed my review. I've been sick since I was born and this was literally my worst medical experience ever. NEVER see this doctor. You will be demeaned and insulted. He will look at your naked body with visible disgust. He will insult you under his breath, just audible enough for you to hear. This is by far the worst medical experience I have ever had and I have had MANY. He knowingly ordered an unnecessary blood test fully aware that I have needle phobia, it felt like punishment for refusing acne medication. I already take many medications. I need to avoid unnecessary ones. I am overweight but I have always had healthy blood glucose, I have it tested frequently and it has NEVER been even close to pre-diabetes, but apparently my completely harmless skin condition *common in obese people* means I need to be tested for diabetes for the 5th time that year because 2% of those folks have it too. He also never issued a prescription that he said he would and I KNOW that was retaliatory. Do you want a doctor that shows you how much he hates you? Do you want a doctor that thinks you are a stupid liar? If yes, this one is perfect. By the way, Dr. Kirk, you were wrong, I was not lying, I was so sick that I had to go to a special world-renowned hospital out of state to even start treatment. I will never forget this doctor as long as I live in the most negative sense possible. I submitted a complaint about this abhorrent experience and the supervisor thought that a conversation would change things. Nothing else was done. Good luck with that.

He has taken care of me for the past 2 years and every visit I have received great care. He has surgically removed skin cancer lesions that were minimal and lastly he caught and has surgically removed a melanoma from my arm. It required a major surgery, with a wide incision with margins clear. His office staff is very kind and they took care of me as well. I am thankful that I have him to continue to do the screening for any cancers that may come down the line. Thank you Dr. James and team.

I went in for a skin cancer screening. I’m over 60. Received a thorough head to toe screening. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Kirk. He was very professional but also answered all my questions and was very personable. Also I’m a Trekkie and I love his name. lol😊

Dr. James and his staff did a great job of caring for me. They are on time for appointments---clarify their findings and respond to my questions. They provide great patient care. Thank you for all you have done for me....

Dr. James is an exceptional provider. In my observation, Dr. James demonstrates a strong degree of professionalism and competency. On several occasions, Dr. James precisely identified my condition, and provided a thorough explanation of my treatment options. I also found him very personable. I highly recommend him!

had the same experience as other folks who have reviewed him after seeing him several times. felt completely dismissed, and he sure has an air of arrogance for someone who can’t provide an explanation or offer more than 5 minutes of his time. i am honestly confused at reviews saying he was super thorough— perhaps they saw him just the one time, or he treats patients differently? i’m not sure. a real shame— atrium is usually better than this.

Could slow down in the room. Feels like they just churn out 3min visits with limited personal touch.
