Trader Joe's

My wife and I had a great experience checking out with Nick and Tina. Their customer service was elite. Nick was so friendly and helpful. We were blessed to have him check us out and Tina bagged everything perfectly! Pay raises are deserved for them both. We will be back soon!

This is the best place to buy delicious and healthy food and produce options at very reasonable prices. The staff is helpful and professional. Always my go to place for amazing gluten free products.

Great products always something new and interesting to try and it's a Christmas miracle that they always have enough Lanes open. It's one of the only places I shop at that doesn't seem like they're understaffed. Trader Joe's has become a staple in our house because you can pretty much guarantee good quality, fantastic prices, and they make you feel like you're welcome to be there

I just have to shout out the incredible customer service at Trader Joe’s and especially Joe, who absolutely went above and beyond to help me track down the black and green mini totes. His thoughtfulness and effort honestly made my whole day! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares that much about making a customer happy. Joe, if you’re reading this, I hope you get a raise and everything you want out of life. Not all heroes wear capes! Thank you for turning a small shopping trip into such a great experience. I generally go to Trader Joe's for most items. I really like how friendly the employees are and how they seem to enjoy their job. I've actually interviewed some employees and asked them why they like their job. And I have a variety of answers. One that sticks out to me is that every hour they change jobs so there's variety during the day of work. That's brilliant in my mind

I was disrespected in the store this morning. So much that I feel compelled to write this review. I must say that 99% of my interactions with the staff here are fantastic. Most of them are myers briggs ESTP personality types that are genuinely good people and great at customer service. BUT, when they miss the mark, they miss it by a mile. I had found a defective product on the store shelf and wanted to let a staff member know, silly me I approached a staff member who was on cleaning duty, how dare I. Normally, they would stop what they are doing and try to help. Not this gentlemen, at least he acknoledged my existance, but when I tried to engage him in a converstaion about their product which I attempted to hand him and - he refused! WTH! He made it abundantly obvious whatever I was approaching about was not worth his time, which he made little effort to determine and it was definitely not as important as cleaning the floor! So the floor is more important than me - got it. He notioned to his college and ordered me to "Hand it to her". Which I did, and she appologized for his rude behavior. I am sure she felt embarrased as I was dismayed by somone who doesn't behave the way the vast majority of Trader Joes staff does. He could have simply said "Sorry sir, I cannot turn this thing off, can you please ask someone else?" That would have been the polite and corteous thing to do. My suggestion to the management is to only have staff on the floor who are capable of treating customers with respect, and if the staff are doing restocking or cleaning when a customer attempts to engage with them, perhaps at the bare minimum don't be a jerk? Or perhaps, clean the floor for the entire store before or after the store is open? Just saying...

Walking out a few weeks ago, I lifted my single bag of groceries (all vegetables) for the manager guy by the door to see it, and I then looked him in the eyes and said, "This single bag of groceries just cost me $54." To my amazement, other than show compassion, the manager replied , "Well that bag would be twice as expensive somewhere else." Ugh...$104 for a bag of vegetables? Maybe in a few more months of this administration, but what the trader Joe's manager did is show to me that they think their prices are fine, which means that this guy is showing zero concern in trying to make our groceries cheaper and in this economy, that's just not okay. Also, astonishingly little vegan options. Nothing new that's vegan in the 2 years I've been going there. No vegan breakfast option, no vegan pizza options. Gunna try some other stores for a while ...
