Diablo Dentistry - Ellie Shirazi Strasser DDS

This is the best Dentistry in my opinion. I never experienced any issues with anyone or thing whatsoever. Everyone is supremely nice, attentive, meticulous, knowledgeable, and competent. I've been coming here since 2022.

I really enjoyed the professionalism of this practice. From the moment I walked, I was greeted by Kelly, who handles all the paperwork, insurance, and other administrative tasks. She is courteous, patient, and answers all my questions with great kindness and expertise. I visited the clinic for an exam and cleaning. The assistant, Ashley, was great. Throughout the cleaning process, I was assured that no saliva would enter my throat. Finally, Dr. Mirna, the dentist was excellent, conducted a thorough examination. She patiently reviewed the results and answered any questions I had. During the routine cleaning, she frequently checked in with me to ensure my comfort. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel any pain, and she even spent more time thoroughly cleaning certain areas. I highly recommend this dental office!

Sharing for my daughter who is has special needs.Grateful to find a local dentist willing to work with her where most don’t want to bother. Everyone there was super. She likes going to the dentist so she had a great experience. Thank you Diablo dentistry. She will be back.

Diablo dentistry has an amazing team that made me feel at home and comfortable with an experience I was otherwise edgy about.

My first time at this office….. EVERYONE is wonderful from the front desk , dental hygienist Jessica to the Dentist … hope to stay here awhile. I feel very comfortable here and have a great level of trust in what they tell me and how it is communicated to me. 4/23/25 Update : this is an AMAZING Team ! They are ALL super helpful and each experience here has been pain free!

PLEASE READ THIS WARNING !! This Dr. does not care to practice with morals. Not only does she treatment plan for things that don’t need to be done, when her receptionist Yesenia gave me my treatment plan she stated that my insurance wouldn’t cover for my work and to pay out of pocket. I called my insurance and in fact they would cover for that work and said that there were basically "fake codes" on there for treatment that wasn’t necessary and basically a scam in getting extra money… then come to find out I have contracted fees with my insurance and she was charging me as if I had no insurance and using office fees. SCAMMERS AT THEIR BEST. This Dr and her receptionist are not genuine don’t let the fake smiles fool you wait until you see your treatment plans and CALL YOUR INSURNACE TO CHECK THE FEES NAD CODES !!!! Shame on Dr. Shirazi!!
