Dr. Lawrence Wu DDS

Dr. Wu is an excellent dentist. His staff is wonderful, as well.

Dr Wu is simply the best dentist I have ever know. Skilled, compassionate, and ethical to nth degree. Once Dr Wu moved his practice from Oakland (where I live) to Antioch, I and my family have been willing to make the 45 -60 minute trip which we consider a bargain price to pay in order to continue seeing Dr Wu, a dentist in whom we have 100% confidence and comfort.

I have been seen Dr.wu for last year or so and ever time I went for my appointment I was very well taken care my last visit 7/30/2021 and what I experienced was horrible , I went for teeth cleaning,so the person who cleaned my teeth she never introduced to me and all she said your teeth is looking good she started cleaning,it took her nine minutes to clean my teeth and she said you are done 9 minutes wow I have been to see Dr. wu for cleaning previous cleaners have taken longer than 9 minutes I have been ripped off and very unprofessional and unacceptable this not how you run your business, I know Dr wu have told me that I needed some work in the past and he spoke to me for for over 20 mins so I don’t understand the last visit was just make a quick buck and get the hell out . Shame on you guys never come back to this Dentist again.

Dentist here very unprofessional and doesn't listen customer concerns. Don't go.
