Beyond Dental

I hadn’t been to the dentist in six years, so I was honestly a little nervous going in. But the entire experience ended up being painless, quick, and incredibly easy. The team made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I left feeling great about my teeth and dental health. A special thank you to Judy, who cleaned my teeth and was absolutely wonderful. She walked me through everything clearly, from the cleaning itself to the financials and insurance, and made sure I understood all my options. She was attentive, patient, and consistently checked to make sure I was comfortable. She also helped me understand both my short-term and long-term dental plans, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this office to anyone, especially if you want to watch some TV on the ceiling! They made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

Wonderful experience at Beyond Dental. The staff is so caring, kind and attentive. Jordan was extremely patient and helpful with understanding my needs and getting everything scheduled, and Samara was a total rockstar and super helpful. Dr. Lei was really great - he answered all my questions and made me feel well taken care of! The office is also really calming and they have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch Netflix while in the chair! And sparkling waters! Overall great experience.

Wonderful practice using updated technology. Really appreciate Yanely for her warmth and ease as well as her willingness to answer questions. She was very efficient with taking the X-rays. Judy the hygienist was very thorough and kind. Dr. Sue did a great job going over my X-rays and explaining all the various status and issues regarding my teeth. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for my follow up care.

Beyond Dental is such an awesome place!! I used to hate going to the dentist before I came here. The front desk workers, Jordan and Alexis, were so sweet and informative with their text messages, sending reminders and information. I was also privileged enough to received care from the coolest person ever Erika!! She was so funny and sweet while also keeping me informed on the work she was performing. If you are with Erika, you are in great hands. Dr. Sue is also amazing!! She explained all my issues and answered all my questions, leaving me feeling very reassured in my care. This practice is such a safe place. I appreciate how kind all the staff were to my mother and I. I left with a much better understanding of my dental health and more confidence. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for creating such an amazing environment. Dare I say I am excited to go to the dentist again

I am writing this review with not being seen at the dentist in like 8-10 years. As a new patient, I researched clinics in the area prior to being seen at Beyond Dental. They did not have the cheapest New Patient offer but the environment made up for that. Scheduling, reminders for appointments and communication with Beyond Dental is top notch. This was not the case for the other clinic that I was also looking at. My Dr joked with me, took the time to make me feel at ease and was very efficient with her time during my different appointments so they felt like they went by very quickly. During my first visit, My front desk receptionist Alexis, was very well spoken and good mannered. I was able to pre fill most of my new patient info online, so that saved time during my first visit. My dental tech Yanely, was very nice, warm and kind to me when I am normally nervous and awkward at Dr appointments. I appreciated how I was treated during this appointment and that helped me decide to schedule my follow-up procedure. My dental tech for my second appointment, Erika was very knowledgeable and easy going and was able to help me be at ease prior to my fillings being done. My front desk receptionist Jordan, made sure I was informed and aware of yearly cleaning packages available prior to booking my follow up cleaning and was friendly to me up until I walked out the door. TLDR : The staff here outweighs any concerns you may have when searching for a new dental clinic. I am glad I chose Beyond Dental.

I'v e been a client for over 3 years and have had every procedure imaginable: cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions and implants. I can honestly say that everything I've experienced is 100% professional from the supportive staff to Dr Lei and Dr Sue. They have done everything possible to make me feel at ease with every procedure. Before any procedure, they have always outlined what is to be done, the whys, the hows, the price, and always leaves the final decision to me. I trust their judgment and have never been disappointed. I don't think I have ever experienced this kind of professionalism in any of the many dentists that I've had in my 83 years of dental visits.
