I had an amazing experience during my deep cleaning visit. Breona, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful—very gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time while explaining everything she was doing. She truly knows her craft and made what could’ve been a stressful appointment feel easy and smooth. Roneese, the assistant, was just as amazing—super kind, attentive, and welcoming. From start to finish, both of them showed great teamwork and care, and it really made a difference in my experience. Thank you both for providing such excellent care and customer service. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience here. I have a dentist I see regularly but had an emergency. Night and Day Dental was able to see me sooner than my regular dentist. I arrived a little early and was checked in quickly and seen at my appointment time. Everyone was so nice, courteous and informative. I want to shoutout JB who was amazing at taking my x-rays and explaining everything to me! I 1,000% recommend this location to anyone, even if it's not an emergency!

I went to Night & Day Dental for the first time today. My mouth has been hurting for a while so when I drove past I decided to stop and just see if someone could look at my mouth. Ti the receptionist, made me feel like I was the most important person of the day. There was a wait, but eventually I was called. I had full xrays, all my issues were addressed and I also received some great training. Al Nissa and Joseph (Hop) were the best team ever. I’ve already made my 6 month appt. THANK YOU Night & Day Dental! 2026 is going to be great!

I never leave bad reviews but I had my first ever appointment today and not only did no one speak to me about what was happening no one introduced themselves either for the entire appointment. When I had X-ray no one asked me if I was pregnant until after the PANO XR. Additionally my XR tech had a student with her who dropped the XR equipment on the ground (All behind the chair but they didn't realize I could see in the window reflection). The Tech then whispered to the student that it was fine and simply wiped it off before using the same DIRTY equipment to take my XR PLACING THE EQUIPMENT IN MY MOUTH. After this I had to wait in the room for over an hour for the dentist to not even spend a full one minute with me I don't even know who I saw because once again no one introduced themselves or even spoke to me. I work in healthcare and am very understanding but if you can possibly go anywhere else I would; it appears as though they do not care for their patients as far as they could throw them. the only saving grace of the entire appointment was Amber who preformed my actual cleaning. She was the only staff member who introduced themselves and made me feel welcome.

Dr. Garcez and his peers were amazing!! From the front end staff to all of his assistants. I’m always terrified of the dentist but this team made me feel comfortable from checking in to checking out. Thank you for taking care of me. Definitely will continue my care with them.

Love my local Dentist! Teika at check-in has some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. She will get you taken care of! As for Candice and Dr. Weng, they’re such a great team and make me feel so comfortable in such a tense setting and never fray from answering my questions directly. These women are nothing short of amazing and I’m glad I chose them since living in Durham!

My fiance chipped/ fractured his front tooth and we arrived at Night & Day Dental with no appointment. They took us back within 20 minutes & figured out his treatment, then they stayed past closing to put some temporary bonding on so he left with a complete smile. Big thank you to JB and Dr. Garcev!!
